It could be I don't recall the other thread. And if so sorry for the repost
I think that was the thread where I made a total dick out of myself. If it was a Christian band in that thread though, it just got a lot funnier. There's something about Jesus, Walmart & tasers that just belong together.
& of course Jesus makes you immune to tasers - it's nail guns that cause all the problems.
ETA wait, I think it is the same mob?

Is this the same family?
It's 4am here again& I'm kind of nervous I'm going to fuck up again. I totally missed the whole Partridge Family Apocalypse aspect of this story the first time around (& also quite a bit of gunfire) so I'm going to check back after some sleep

I never would've known about the musical part if Pat hadn't posted this bit. Speaking of which, has anyone located their Jesus Apocalypse music yet?
(& I haven't slept yet because it's pissing down so hard that the tin roof is LOUD so I'm sure to post something stupid(er) than I did in the other thread soon)

PRESCOTT - Jeremiah Gaver, one of eight family members allegedly involved in a deadly brawl at a Cottonwood Wal-Mart March 21, will have a full competency hearing after his attorney on Monday, Nov. 23, said he was "probably not restorable."
Gaver, 29, faces four counts of aggravated assault, two of resisting arrest, two of hindering prosecution, and one count of riot and misdemeanor assault resulting from the fight with Cottonwood police in which Enoch Gaver, 21, was fatally shot by an officer.
A Cottonwood police officer was shot in the leg during the brawl.
Monday morning, Jeremiah appeared before Superior Court Judge Cele Hancock for a status conference on his examinations for mental competency.
Hancock noted that he had refused to participate in one examination, and that doctor has found him not competent to assist in his own defense.
A second doctor's exam resulted in a finding of "not competent, but restorable."
Defense attorney Alex Harris said that a third doctor concluded that Jeremiah was "not competent and probably not restorable."
With that in mind, Hancock set a competency hearing for Jan. 20.
Jeremiah asked to speak, but Hancock turned him down, saying she was protecting his rights by not allowing him to address the court in front of the prosecution.
Superior Court Judge Joseph Butner has set trial for Peter Gaver, 55, the father of the family, for Feb. 23.
Ruth Gaver, 52, the family's mother, was ruled not competent but restorable, as was Nathanel Gaver, 28. David Gaver, 19, is awaiting a determination.
Two juveniles, ages 15 and 11, have already been examined and determined not competent, but only one is considered restorable.
