I do not know why this time. The last reset was because the prosecution had not turned over to the defense all the DNA test results. Since Christian Tyrrell has an appointed attorney there is a possibility there is a conflict with schedule where the defense attorney is representing other clients. I was told to expect it to take 2 years before there would be a trial by the initial prosecutor assigned to the case. The fundamental US citizen right to a speedy and fair trial seems to NOT apply in this case.

Unfortunately the right to a speedy trial is most often waived in favor of being able to more fully develop a defense.

I just read this whole thread. John you are amazing and I feel for you through this whole thing. You continue to show how much you loved baby Adrian. Fighting for him the way you have takes a ton of strength and courage. Both Christian and Jessica are shit bags that do not deserve to breath. They are the lowest of low forms of life in my book. Not only for killing this baby but making him suffer the way they did. That's heartbreaking and just plain cruel. I am anxious to see how both of these assholes will defend themselves.

I can't remember how many there were now but there were also repeat offenders who were very obviously connected to Christian.

Maybe they'll come back to defend him/make him look even worse when the trial finally starts.

I just really couldn't well didnt read through this whole post because ive seen enough already. Not your business spelling and grammer says a lot. I mean of course a parent will defend their child when confronted with those kind of accusations because they dont want to be the "parents that raised a monster" so of course they are shifting blame. The posts were really contradicting. First Christian couldnt hurt a fly then he has anger issues. Regardless of what anyone thought they knew about him fact still remains that Baby Adrian didnt get help for 14 HOURS! He was brought to the hospital completly brain dead. I honestly cant wait to see this unfold.

I spent several hours last night reading this whole thread. I share everyone's utter disgust and anger at these two pieces of trash and what they did to this baby.

But holy shit... did you guys see the photo in the article John posted above?? I'm on my phone so I can't share it, maybe someone else can.

Explanation of the photo:

The detective testified she was also concerned with a picture that Langlais had posted on Facebook on the evening of March 17, 2015, showing Adrian lying facedown across Tyrrell?s lap while Tyrrell massaged the boy?s neck. Heise testified that she believed the photo ? which Langlais wrote showed Tyrrell being a ?good dad? ? was taken after Adrian was gravely injured and symptomatic.

?Based on the way his arms and his legs are dangling, it appears that he is unconscious,? Heise testified.
