I agree. For a minute i though it was photoshopped because her head looks so big.

My guess is
A. Postpartum depression (suicide) I'm thinking this is most likely. People with PPD are at high risk for suicide.
B. relapse then subsequent overdose
C. Heart attack as a result of her having an eating disorder. I was small like she was when I was 16. She was an adult that just had a child, her weight is not normal for someone that just gave birth.

My first thought was, no way was it suicide, with all the posts of and about her kids on her page. But, then I thought maybe she was overcompensating for the fact that she was struggling with PPD, and felt bad/guilty? Hard for me to decide.

She has a history of it, and obviously had issues, she tried prescription drugs to quell it, it didn't work. AND I think it was on purpose.
I don't doubt that she loved her babies. But just like having kids to fix a marriage, having kids to fill a void doesn't work either.
She decided that she wasn't good enough for them because of her extensive drug history/continuing problems, posted a photo of her and her Mom (WHO DIED OF A HEROIN OVERDOSE) and did it on a Monday.

I'm also putting my money on heart related death due to years of drugs and ED. She really did appear to flourish as a mama...so sad for her babies. And I believe I read they both have birthdays this month. Hopefully they have all the support they need growing up. Peaches lost her mom and coped in all the wrong ways. It'd be a shame to keep seeing that cycle repeat. RIP, PG!

Yeah, I dunno, when a person who has a very long history of eating disorders and using heroin, post partum is on the bottom of the list of things that probably killed her.
Incidentally, I know plenty of anorexics with a sweet tooth. If you don't eat anything all day and then eat a candy bar, you're not going to suddenly gain forty pounds. Anorexics DO eat things.
