The majority of those are just pointing to the fact that he was a shitty husband, shitty doctor, and all in all shitty human being. As much I do think he's guilty as can be, just like Casey Anthony, I really don't think there's enough evidence to convict here. I feel like if there was a conviction it would be a gross display of how our "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" fails again. He hasn't been PROVEN guilty here, by any means.
