Alyce needs to look at the statements to refreash her memory (LOL) Alyce found the diary entry to be one piece to the puzzle but she didn't put it into the mix of DV. Alyce believed the diary entry- (wait maybe not. She can't say if she believed it or not b/c she is so scared she is going to say something wrong that proves she is full of SH*T.)

Alyce won't admit that it's a pattern. Vampire eventually moves to Medford and lived with Matt. Then Jodi started going there on the weekends.

Forgive me, I don't know if it was asked before about the black mic that the attorneys move back and forth while in sidebar. Is that so the court reporter can hear them over the white noise? Other thing is, I might actually be able to make tomorrow afternoon session. What are the chances that Juan is still on cross? If its Palin, not sure I would want to listen to her do her damage control.
