i think things have changed since then, though. i know the guidelines changed for the temp you're supposed to cook it to. i was shocked as shit when i found that out last year. i always thought medium to medium rare pork = death.

We (well, not me anymore) eat livermush here. I had no idea it was such a weird/odd food until I was in the middle of a food-cravings conversation at my job in Florida. At first everyone was like "What's that?" then they were like "Gross". I swear it's great with eggs over easy, fresh tomatoes, and hash browns.
