The stand was AWESOME. One of my favorite movies ever. I heard some talk about the Dark Towers- I'm really excited to see that too.

I love The Stand too. Years ago, I was skeptical when I heard Rob Lowe was going to play Nick Andros. He really nailed it though. Loved, loved, loved Bill Fagerbakke as Tom Cullen. The only one I wasn't crazy about was Corin Nemic as Harold. Harold was supposed to be on the pudgy side. Corin was too skinny.

I don't know if any of you have seen this but I thought it was great, its on Starz.

Bound by a shared destiny, a teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor embark on a mission to unearth the secrets of a place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory.

Has anyone seen What We Do In The Shadows? I was trying to watch this quietly by myself and I failed miserably. For those of you who like ridiculous comedy you gotta see this mockumentory about vampires sharing a flat in New Zealand. If you liked the series Flight of the Concords you will enjoy this. It has a lot of the same crew.

Yes I saw it awhile ago, and it was hilarious.

Loved it. Thought Tomorrowland was trash, sorry, Puke.

A girl walks home alone at night. Weirdo indie vampire love story. Interesting enough.

    This is an alternative fact.

Beauty and The Beast was completely charming.

I agree, Beauty and the Beast was really charming and sweet. It was really neat experience. My 25 year old daughter and I went. Just for a second it was like when she was little. She always loved musicals, Sweeney Todd, Les Misrables, anything Disney.

Agreed. Saw it this weekend with my mom and grandma. Made everyone happy. I liked that i could sing along in my head to almost every song. I can't believe there was controversy over lefou being basically the same guy he's always been.

People will make a controversy over anything just to make it about them. Disney has always been for kids and gays. I'm glad they're openly acknowledging that audience more.

We have a drive-in that does double features. We went to see Logan, but had to sit through The Belko Experiment first, which didn't turn out to be too terrible. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1082807/

Yeah, I've honestly never thought that any movie should not be made or should be banned for any reason other than it was a truely shitty movie. Even 'I spit on your grave' which I wish I never watched... I wouldn't say others shouldn't watch it. I don't get these crybabies. Jesus. They say we're sensitive.

I kept waiting on the scandalous "gay" scene that people were buzzing about. Much ado about nothing. Two guys giving each other "hubba hubba" eyes that lasted all of 1 second. I was thinking maybe Gaston would plant one on Lefou or something. I kinda always got a "deep in the closet" vibe off Gaston. Even in the animated version, he was diggin' Lefou's amorous worship a tad too much.

My sister and I have quoted lines from that movie since we were kids. It's a fun watch.

I'm surprised I never heard of this before, twisted and funny.

Nearly a year after a botched job, a hitman takes a new assignment with the promise of a big payoff for three killings. What starts off as an easy task soon unravels, sending the killer into the heart of darkness.
