Can't wait for 60 shades of grey!
And affirmative action is a very nice term for racial discrimination against better-qualified white people in jobs, employment, promotions and scholarships, and college admittance.

But In Time wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. Sort of fell apart at the end but otherwise enjoyable.

Insidious was awful. I'm not surprised it got a sequel, though, since just about every bad movie does nowadays.

We watched it because my boyfriend's best friend was like YOU GUYS THIS IS SO GREAT, IT'S ABOUT ASTRAL PROJECTION. And then we were like wtf this isn't what astral projection is and there are at least two X Files that deal with this subject eight thousand times better.

Oh you mean Darth Maul, the main villain? God, I thought it was all so stupid and bad. Bad, nonsensible plot. Random 'scary ghost people' thrown in at the end. It felt so fucking cheap and bad.

I rewatched the Hobbit last night to be ready for the next one. Man, I wish they had actually adapted the book instead of all the stupid shit they put in that doesn't happen to make it feel dark and epic. But I love Martin Freeman as Bilbo.

Considering you just used the word 'bad' around 5 times in one review, I'm shocked!

I was talking about a different movie. Insidious was bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, and booooring and then, bad again.

    Warm Bodies was good/funny.

Saw Dallas Buyers Club today. Matthew McConaughey was amazing as was Jared Leto.

ND, it opened here on Friday. I went to a 4 pm show, mostly an older crowd who were riveted the whole time.
Matt and Jared are very good ....Leto has a real magnetism.

I saw Ender's Game. I never thought I'd say this ever, but that movie needed WAY more montages. They kept it short and there was all this stuff where I was like 'huh? what?'

Just watched CBGB movie...really disappointed. I was really hoping for more. Loved Alan Rickman in it but I wish the movie was more in depth. It kinda was all the stereotypical stories everyone already knew about CBGBs. They kinda kept reminding us of what an asshole Johnny Ramone was but everybody pretty much has always known that.

My next rental is a documentary called A Band Called Death. I have heard it's really good. Think I'm gonna wait til tomorrow when Im fresh...lol

Love old movies!!! Have you ever seen Giant, Jezabel, or Band of Angels. Three really good oldies but goodies. Giant is one that you have to do on a rainy Sunday. It's very long.
