Crazy I just heard about all this today....most of you know that I have a boat at a marina on this lake. This is really close to where I sail from, my boat is in the marina with the grayish blue buildings right on the other (south) side of the highway from where these body parts have been found. :-o

Dallas homicide detectives are investigating after finding what they believe to be human bones and part of a handgun near the shore of Lake Ray Hubbard.
Robertson Park
Officers responded late Thursday to a call at a park in the 100 block of Cooke Drive, about a mile from the Dalrock Road exit on Interstate 30.
Police say the bones were found lying in dirt at the shoreline. The slide from a Sig Sauer handgun was found in the lake about 15 feet away.
The bones were sent to the Dallas County medical examiner's office for identification.
Police say bag found at Lake Ray Hubbard may hold more human remains

From staff reports
Police found a bag of what might be more human remains at Lake Ray Hubbard on Sunday.
Police had already been investigating the discovery of part of an arm and part of a handgun, which were found Thursday near the lake shore in a park in the 100 block of Cooke Drive.
On Sunday afternoon, a boat patrol discovered a plastic bag floating on the water about 50 feet from the same location, Deputy Chief Craig Miller said. Inside was what looked like part of a human torso.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner's office must still determine whether the new remains are human or have any connection to the arm, Miller said.
Meanwhile, police have opened a homicide investigation and are searching for a missing persons report that connects to the findings – but so far they have none.
"Initially we thought it could be a boating accident," Miller said. "We certainly don't think that anymore."
