Nope. The fiance only wanted to marry him so that she could take possession of his body after he died and then take it on a US tour for fun and profits. I say why not? He doesn't deserve any kind of respect anyway.

She's crazy, so she's obviously hot. Does the name Squeaky Fromme, ring any bells?

You know supposedly she was called squeaky because she would make squeaking noises like a chipmunk in bed.

Manson Family Killer One Step Closer to Freedom

The youngest member of Charles Manson's murderous family went before a parole panel for the 21st time ... and took a big step toward being released.

Leslie Van Houten -- now 68 years old -- was granted parole suitability at a hearing at the California Institution for Women in Corona, CA Wednesday. That doesn't mean she's out, but it's a big step toward that.

There's a 5-month process in which all of her records will be reviewed and the file will then go to Governor Jerry Brown, who can either uphold the parole recommendation, reverse it or modify it.

She shouldn't get her hopes up ... last year the Board made the same recommendation and Brown nixed it.

As we reported ... Van Houten was equipped with a 13-page report saying she was immature and brainwashed by Manson as a 19-year-old when she stabbed and murdered Leno and Rosemary LaBianca.

It's terrible. Hopefully Governor Brown blocks this. Susan Atkins didn't even actively participate in the murders, had 6 months to live and wasn't granted parole.

Just merged the 'Helter Skelter' thread from 2009 with the 'Manson has been Hospitalized' thread from January 2017.

Looks like our buddy has limited time left on this planet.

Charles Manson reportedly clinging to life in California hospital

Charles Manson was rushed out of prison to a California hospital, where he’s clinging to life, according to reports Wednesday night.

The 83-year-old Manson normally makes his home inside the walls of Corcoran State Prison but he was taken to a Bakersfield hospital earlier this week, sources told TMZ.

He’s surrounded by five uniformed officers as he’s wheeled on a gurney from treatment to treatment, the celebrity website reported.

“It’s not going to get any better for him,” a source said. “It’s just a matter of time (until he finally dies).”

A rep for the state Department of Corrections declined comment.

Hopefully you'll be soon merging it with his death thread from 2017 tomorrow.

Charles Manson Dies at 83; Wild-Eyed Leader of a Murderous Crew

Charles Manson, one of the most notorious murderers of the 20th century, who was very likely the most culturally persistent and perhaps also the most inscrutable, died on Sunday in Kern County, Calif. He was 83 and had been behind bars for most of his life.

He died of natural causes in a hospital, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said in a news release.

Judge aims to referee fight over Charles Manson’s remains

    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news...emains-n835406

The fight over the body and possessions of apocalyptic cult leader Charles Manson has fragmented into at least three camps competing over an estate that could cash in on songs he wrote that were used by The Beach Boys and Guns N' Roses.

Manson, 83, died in November nearly a half-century after he orchestrated the 1969 killings of pregnant actress Sharon Tate and eight other people.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Monday will try to sort out at least two conflicting wills and claims by a purported son, grandson and pen pal who all seek control of an estate that includes commercial rights to his name, image and mementos that can fetch thousands of dollars from "murderabilia" collectors.

"We think Manson's worth more than anyone realizes," said Mike Smith, a music agent for a man who claims Manson fathered him during an orgy. "There's a lot of money there."

The hearing seeks to name an attorney to administer Manson's estate on behalf of purported grandson Jason Freeman, who claims to be the rightful next of kin. Court documents show Freeman is the son of the late Charles Manson Jr. and the grandson of Charles Manson and his first wife, Rosalie Willis.
