it has a sweetness to it like some bar-b-que sauce. the combination with the chili sauce is great, sweet and tangy. its really good. i promise.

my bf's family made them for a graduation party. they used grape jelly and barbecue sauce, I think. I tried a little piece of one and thought they were disgusting but the whole crockpot full of them was gone really fast. :|

Yay! Also, I think sending truffles is going to be expensive because you'll probably need dry ice to keep them from melting. Send some cookies instead.

They'll probably be okay. Just wrap them in some bubble wrap or something and since the trucks are staying cold they'll probably make it. If not, just instruct people to lick the paper they're wrapped in.

The grape jelly / meatball thing is an old way of making "Swedish meatballs", it's gross IMO, I've made it and people raved about it.

yeah, i tried one from a restaurant...the name escapes me at the moment, that i got from walmart that was chicken florentine. it wasn't as good as it thought it would be.
