I agree. Grasping at straws in an attempt to show they are trying to do their job although they have nothing. The defense is always up there for about 5 minutes. I noticed female lawyer hasn't been up there lately.

Assuming justice works in a similar way over there as it does here, the defence don't have to prove Jodi is innocent or that she attacked Travis in self defence. They just have to prove reasonable doubt about what happened. Someone most likely incapacitated means there's a chance they are up and on the move which means they can be a threat.

Shot last is murder. There's no reason to shoot someone that is incapacitated on the ground unless you want them dead.

That's why I'm so confused. There's a pretty certain "clean" pattern through the middle of the hallway, and there hasn't been any evidence of watery blood splashes on the wall, right?

I don't know, of course, but could the "clean" pattern come from dragging travis through the hallway on a sheet or blanket? And the water, maybe it got there from the shower running over or something.

They were trying to make the ME say the other day that the bullet did not go into Travis's brain and that he was not incapacitated. In trying to prove self-defense, they are going to say that she shot him first and he kept coming at her, therefore she was "justified" in defending herself with the knife.

If she shot him last, that does not look so good.

by ton i mean, he was severly wounded already, it wasn't just splatter or transfer
