I think some may have missed his point that she's a hypocrite in painting Travis as cruel when he downtalked her father while it was okay for her to call her sister stupid.

My opinion, which no one has to agree with, is that BOTH of them created this train wreck. He died for encouraging sex with her, her life is over for agreeing to it.
I don't believe he died because he wanted sex. Millions of men (and women) want people just for sex. Jodi could have walked away and said "screw you" and moved on with her life. But she didn't because she was obsessed with him and didn't want anyone else to have him and thought the only way to solve her "problem" was ending his life.
Me too. But, I think he has a style of questioning witnesses and he just holds true to it. He was the same way with his witnesses.
