The four women accusing Leto of criminal sexual conduct claim the alleged offenses took place when they were all teenagers.
The outlet reported that one of the women alleged she had underage sex with the actor at his house in California when she was 17, which could be classified as statutory rape.

one of the questions we discuss is whether or not we'd want to know early on so we can adapt out life style and get quality time w/ the family while we still have our cognitive abilities, or if we'd rather we got to bed one day and wake up unaware of the life we've built. I don't think one is worse than the other and I think I'd rather know before more stages hit rather than miss out on the ability to leave my family with loving memories.
