Mackenzie F. Shirilla, now serving a life sentence for the 2022 murders of her boyfriend Dominic Russo and their friend Davion Flanagan, is continuing to fight for a new trial — and with new attorneys — arguing her trial and imprisonment violated her constitutional rights.
