The shows really good, maybe you can find clips on youtube? This lady (whom I feel the worst for) has non cancerous tumors completely covering her body and face, and is also mostly deaf. They are having her serve at a restaurant, and a customer already said "i hope she isnt contagious" thats her worst fear, that people would think that. My heart just breaks for her.
HEIDELBERG, Miss. -- Monkeys being transported on a Mississippi highway escaped captivity Tuesday after the truck carrying them overturned.
The Jasper County Sheriff's Department said in a post on Facebook, warning that the monkeys were "aggressive." It was not clear how many monkeys were originally in the truck.
As of Wednesday morning, officials said they believe three monkeys remain missing.
The truck was carrying Rhesus monkeys, which typically weigh around 16 pounds (7.7 kilograms) and are among the most medically studied animals on the planet.https://abc7.com/post/monkeys-escape...hway/18085056/They were being housed at the Tulane University National Biomedical Research Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, which routinely provides primates to scientific research organizations, according to the university.
In a statement, Tulane University said the monkeys do not belong to the university, and they were not being transported by the university.
It was not clear who owns the monkeys, who was transporting them or where they were being taken.
The sheriff's department initially said the monkeys were carrying diseases including herpes, but Tulane University said in a statement that the monkeys "have not been exposed to any infectious agent."
I worked with them when I was externing at Children's hospital. They are little dudes, and yes they carry nasty diseases I had to be covered from head to toe in basically a space suit. They didnt seem aggressive, but didnt want to interact with people much, they just watched tv.
They wont find/catch them.

easyJet passengers' outrage as elderly woman 'already dead' when wheeled onto flight
easyJet passengers have alleged that an elderly British woman who was assisted onto a flight by her family was already dead before she got on the plane.
According to fellow travellers, the group managed to board the plane by assuring a staff member who questioned the woman's apparent ill health that she was 'merely tired'. One passenger even claimed to hear a member of the group reassure the staff member that they were "doctors".
After the family boarded the flight and settled the elderly woman, the plane began its taxi journey to the end of the runway. However, just moments before take-off, the plane abruptly stopped. Witnesses claim that alert members of the cabin crew had realised the woman was deceased.
According to easyJet, the elderly woman possessed a fit to fly certificate and was alive when she boarded the aircraft. However, passengers were convinced that something far more serious than fatigue was occurring.
Petra Boddington remarked: "What were easyJet ground staff thinking today? They asked the family five times if this woman was ok... she was clearly not ok!".
"To the naked eye she looked like she was already dead, slumped unconscious in a wheelchair, so why would she be allowed on to the flight and then disrupt everyone's plans... purely to save the family repatriation? ! ? If I was drunk they wouldn't let me on... but apparently dead is ok? ! EasyJet what's going on?".

A New Jersey woman has been arrested and charged with assault after police learned that she was allegedly practicing dentistry without a license — and had attempted a root canal on a patient.
According to the South River Police Department (SRPD) in New Jersey, 49-year-old Ana Amato was arrested on Feb. 19 after a months-long investigation into her dentistry practice.Authorities said the investigation into Amato began in September 2025 after Sgt. Peter Roselli and Officer Peter Szukics took a report at police headquarters that initially appeared to be a "routine" call about a dispute between two people.
"During the course of taking the report and conducting a follow-up investigation, the officers uncovered information suggesting dental procedures may have been performed within the borough by an individual not properly licensed," the press release stated.Forget WhatsApp for a dentist, I'm going to find an orthopedic surgeon on Craigslist. What could go wrong?!"Through [the detective's] investigation, it was determined that Ana Amato...of Old Bridge, was allegedly practicing dentistry without being licensed nor authorized to do so," the department said in the release.
A criminal complaint obtained by NJ.com and the New York Post states that the initial police report came from a man who said he scheduled an appointment with Amato and agreed to pay her $1,000, including a $300 down payment, for a root canal as she was advertising her dental services in a group chat on WhatsApp.![]()

Chocolate Grand Theft Auto
A truckload of over 410,000 special edition Formula 1 car-shaped KitKat chocolate bars gets stolen in Italy. It sounds like the plot for a remake of 1969’s original The Italian Job, in which Brits steal gold bullion in Italy and get away in three Minis.
Only this is not the plot for a fictional movie—it’s the real deal. This chocolate heist did happen. On March 26, on a stretch of highway outside Turin, a truck loaded with around 12 tons of Formula 1 car-shaped KitKat bars vanished in one of the most unusual cargo thefts in recent European memory.
The shipment, produced by Nestlé, was no ordinary confectionery run. These were limited-edition KitKat bars molded into miniature Formula 1 cars—complete with sculpted wings, stylized tires, and intricate detailing designed to capture the imagination of racing fans ahead of the European Grand Prix season.
Instead of hitting store shelves, they appear to have hit the black market.
According to Italian authorities, the truck left a distribution hub near Turin late in the evening, bound for regional warehouses. Somewhere along the route, the vehicle was intercepted by individuals posing as law enforcement. Within minutes, the driver was restrained and removed. By the time authorities were alerted, the truck—and its highly specific cargo—had disappeared.
The driver was later found unharmed, but the chocolate was gone.
I love me some KitKats. This sounds like an inside job, as they had to have known about the transport of the shipment.
An Oregon man who was living in a crawlspace under a family's townhouse for almost three months without the family's knowledge was sentenced to three years in prison on Tuesday, May 26.
A jury found Beniamin Bucur, 41, guilty of first-degree burglary after deliberating for around 20 minutes.
The case came to light on Sept. 3, 2025, when a neighbor noticed an intruder enter the crawlspace of a townhouse on in the city of Happy Valley and called police.
At the home, officers used a tool to breach the crawlspace door and discovered “an elaborate living space complete with lights, a kitchen and a gaming area.”
https://people.com/man-sentenced-aft...onths-11986759According to a district attorney's office press release, the makeshift home had “a network of power cords that connected to the resident's electrical service.”
The family — a married couple and their young daughter — were “unaware of his presence,” the release states.
"Using the cover of darkness, the defendant snuck into the crawlspace of this family's home, moved in his belongings, including multiple televisions, gaming consoles, cooking burners — he even hung string lights — racking up the electricity usage while the family unknowingly footed the bill," said Deputy District Attorney Tiffany Escover, who prosecuted the case, in a statement on Wednesday, May 27.
Inside the crawlspace, investigators allegedly discovered a sword, multiple knives and a pipe containing methamphetamine residue.
This is scary but also sad. 3 years in prison but no violence or drugs or anything. I know I know...stealing. Just so hard with so many homeless folx trying to make life work.
