93% might be low normal, but it is something to be concerned about.

    How is he feeling today?

    Thanks guys!

He's fine-back to work, moving around. He just says when he gets hot he has coughing attacks. The inhaler is really helping him, along with the steroids. When he coughs, I feel really bad for him because its forceful and looks painful.

Im still wearing a mask and gloves and armed with lysol Im just now allowing him to move beyond the confines of his man cave. Hes been on antibiotics for 3 days and fever free for 48 hours so I think Im safe.

I was hoping I'd see good news! So glad he's doing better. How scary for both of you.

Have you ever gone to do something and found out that someone had already taken care of it but they did it wrong so you have to do it again and you grumble your way through it complaining to the dog that 'someone' needs to get with the program and do better

then you realize it was you who farked it up and you're pretty sure the dog is just snickering at you ... that's my yesterday.

Ang ~ it is great to hear he is feeling better and that the inhaler/steroids are doing the trick. Is he a good sick person or like my husband who acts like he is going to die anytime he gets the sniffles? Thankfully he hardly ever gets sick.

Marsh ~ what did you do that Rudy is side-eyeing you?

I must really have breathing issues because I always sit around 93%. I just tested now and I'm at 94%. I think overnight I dip even below that at times, but then again it's my smartwatch that I'm relying on for these readings. I'm someone with COPD so I guess I shouldn't be that surprised.

@Ang, I've technically never been diagnosed, but I know that I have it from the years of smoking. I had a doctor tell me 20 years ago that I had emphysema so it's a fair guess.

Being around a bunch of kids these days. They speak a different language. Like thier gibberish words dont make any sense. My nephew said he was hanging out with his pookies? In my day pookie was used as an affectionate term used between partners.

Also I dont know if they are talking shit to me to my face.

I now need to know the new definition of 'Pookie' so I can use it near teenagers and watch them cringe.

LOL I always feel weird using certain "slang" terms, I guess that's a sign of getting old? I can use "salty" just fine but I tried "gucci" once and I cringed hard on the inside. Never again.

You simply must provide context into your use of 'gucci'. Like, when did you say it?

I don't give a crap if I look stupid using terms. I'll eat and leave no scraps, yo.

Like if someone asks if you're having a bad day, and you respond with "no, I'm gucci." I honestly can't remember exactly but it was in that context. Like, I'm still going to use the term "good." Works for me.

My ex used to say "salt box in the house" whenever I walked into a room. And he was my bf!

I still say shady and salty.

Austin called something "fire" but I cracked that code.

I do it with a blank look on my face. But inside I'm looking at the horror on their faces and my inner bitch is laughing.
The Mr was officially banned from saying "you go girl" because it just seemed so so wrong when he blurted it out.
