Yeah?but was her real name Janean or was that her stage name? I had plenty of stalker clients in the past. They were creepy just like you but I dealt with it because they paid well and I got to sit and talk instead of dance - every single one of them thought we were in a "relationship". I have no idea if you took her body, I kind of lean towards no but your strange behavior is hard to swallow. If I were you, I would shut up, get of the computer and hire an actual attorney.

First off, the funeral director came to us after everyone had spoken and asked if we wanted to end the service. I'm surprised you're getting that confused considering you were sitting right there. He only talked about flowers when my dad asked about them.

Now you say they should have known she was gone. My question is why? Is it because you know that some items might have been out of place when workers came to work that morning? They should have suspected something was wrong, shouldn't they have?

You ask about the ring. Why didn't they give that back? My question is how would you know if the jewelry was left behind or not? Plus, you said you got her a James Avery ring. That ring wasn't a James Avery ring.

They gave the ring back to you?

We don't have the ring. We chose her jewelry for the funeral. It was a cheap ring that my mom bought for Julie a while back that said horses. Given your hatred for Julie's love of horses, you'd never give her that ring.

At this point I feel bad for everyone involved. Julie. Her family and yes even Bill.

Bill, yes you are being a little dickish with bringing up personal stuff that has no bearing on finding Julie, but I can see this as a defensive move and I also understand why your parents /lawyer etc don't want you to take the polygraph.

Jon, I do understand your frustration with Bill and I also understand why you would be suspicious of him because he is a weird character. But I'm also watching you dismiss any other possibility that Julie wasn't taken by Bill. I fear you have tunnel vision and that ALSO isn't going to help figure out what happened to her. Just like with Bill, I understand why you are stuck on Bill being the one, but I don't think that's productive in finding her.

I see a lot of hurt people here who are continuing to hurt each other.

Bill, although not advisable take the test. I have a feeling it's the only way her Family will start looking at the other possibilities of what happened to Julie.

You should just take the test. If you have nothing to hide what's the problem?

I think he's saying she was wearing a ring from her Mom, she was not wearing a ring from you. it can't be missing with her if it was never on her when she went missing.

Anyone else get a fucking headache reading this thread?

Okay. So Julie is gone, not just has she died, but now her remains are gone, too. And we have grieving family members and a friend who have found this thread too. The fighting, whilst being entertaining (mildly), isn't doing Julie's memory justice...AT ALL. Personally I think the funeral home cremated her, and her ashes are lost to the wind, but I know exactly shit.

But...this is a family in mourning, and no matter what, we should respect that. My hope is that someday soon her remains will be recovered, should they exist at all. What this thread should now focus on is the healing of those affected by her untimely death, and the person Julie was when she was alive.

Everybody's a sucker for a good "whatthefuckhappened" and a "whodunit", and this is certainly that kind of case, but in the interest of those who loved her who may find this thread later, I hope that we can go down a different path than the previous 17 pages have led us....

Bitterness, anger, lies, deceit, aggression...they serve Julie no purpose. I want to read about how badass of a young lady she was. I want to hear the great things about her. THAT is what this thread should be about (IMO).

And I get it...her body is gone, and that's a bitter fucking pill to swallow for those who have already lost her to death. I can't imagine what you must be going through. But please don't let that cloud your memory of Julie. Once they're gone, these memories are all we're left with. Let's keep them positive, in her honor, shall we?
Don't like what I have to say? I respect that. Go fuck yourself.

Right.... and if he asks his Mom if she remembers the first thing I said to her when I saw Julie...

I think everyone in the Chapel heard me say it.

I think he's saying that she was never wearing the ring you gave her. They probably never got anything back because they don't generally take the effects off until they begin prep for cremations. She went missing with everything she had for the funeral.

When Julie rode her horse, it was an amazing thing to see.

She had complete control of an animal that wouldn't let anyone else touch him.

She rode so fiercely and with so much heart.... nothing else mattered in those 10 minutes at Hunter jumper shows.

Her friends Evan and Julie H. were wonderful people and I was blessed to have known them as well.

All that loved her want her back. Only one seems content with her remains never being found.

I truly wish she had been cremated and the ashes lost. Her wish was to be cremated. Only one didn't want her cremated. In fact, that was a source for argument between them.

The fact that she can't be cremated is destroying my mom. She feels that she can't fulfill Julie's last wish.

So I apologize if my quest for answers from the most likely suspect is only mildly entertaining. But trust me when I say, there was no mistake at the funeral home. The timeline and the logistics wouldn't allow for a mistake.

See, this is what I don't get. How can you be so certain a mistake wasn't made at the funeral home?

Jon, I am so sorry you and your family are going through this.
Bill, please take the test, if you did not take Julie, try to clear your name. If you took her, admit where she is for her mother's same.

I agree. The most likely situation is a mistaken cremation and a cover up, but I just really don't like bill and his creep factor is high. Easy to consider him the culprit.

All I can say is that the timeline and logistics of them screwing up don't add up. There are too many moving parts and internal controls for there to be a mistake. The only mistake was using them in the first place but it's too late now.
