Cutie. Please understand that it's not wise to trust new people on the internet right away. We do our best to suss out the not so great people who members can feel comfortable here. What was said to Lovely was not out of line at all. And actually tame compared to most forums out there. With a site like this, you're going to attract some people that are capable of causing harm. Lovely could just be in to necrophilia, to each his own. Or, he could be something worse. In either case, MDS is not a site about Necrophilia and he's in the wrong spot.
The reason people are not sure if you is because you came on strong and within a day overreacted to people questioning Lovely. There are trolls everywhere. You can't blame people for being careful.

Nope. As far as I'm aware, I have one IP address for my home WiFi. So if using my tablet, desktop or phone on that WiFi it don't matter.

Most people don't have static ip's anymore. Meaning that yeah they give you a new one everytime you log in. Now your providers number will usually be in a range so if the mods block everyone who is on the same provider they can block you. And yes your computer and cell will have different IPs. Also, it's fairly trivial to spoof your id and give yourself a whole new identity....
So yeah. Blocking by IP is only sort of useful.
