Me too. I've been looking at different stories about the trial and if anyone has any questions about why she didn't want to come forward and have her name out there, well just read any comments section. It's absolutely vial and disgusting. I'm not shocked but it's just so disappointing.

I am lmfao listening to her tone. West is really being a dick, and she just says what most people are thinking but to the extreme. Good for her though, she's not budging. I see people in the gallery smiling.

I get so angry when I hear people talking shit about her. She can't help her exposure to the things has been limited etc. Also, making fun of what she posts on twitter? OMG..she is not on trial! I just hope the jurors see the truth of what she is saying.

Sir = Every expletive you're not allowed to say on the stand... times 1000.

She's holding her own and West looks more dickish with every question he asks

I don't think Trayvon was out of control in the beginning, but he had his guard up. Personally I think things went wrong from the start. GM was determined to check out Trayvon and when TM got out of sight and hid, GZ was more determined. TM asked why he was being followed. I think they both had their emotions up, things got crazy before anything was sorted out, a fight ensued, and we know the result.

Now, I don't want to hear back anything about GZ should have stayed in the car or GZ was out to get him because he was black. I'm just expressing my opinion.

So, what the jury sees, who knows. I don't think they'll think TM was going to beat GZ to a pulp.

When Trayvon asked Zimmerman why he was following him Zimmerman should have ID'd himself as "neighborhood watch". He didn't. He chose to stalk and hunt down and finally kill a 17 yrs old on his way home with Skittles and an AZ Ice Tea

This is exactly what I ask not to be said here as my response. I gave an opinion. I know what you believe, you have your mind set up. To say what you said is about the level that hundreds repeated over and over about Travis. We don't know why TM was really killed, but it's not right to assume what was in GZ's mind.

This is a forum, first of all. YOU do not have any right to tell people what they are "allowed" to post. Second of all, the trial is about proving what was on GZ's mind. We know why he was killed: because a volatile idiot was out playing policeman with a gun.

Been pretty busy lately, so, I haven't been keeping up with this trial that much. But, I saw attorney West (I think it was) and he didn't seem very professional. By that, I mean, he didn't seem courtroom skilled. I'll have to catch-up on everything via YT.

If you ask them, Zimmerman shouldn't even be on trial.

Zimmerman has an attitude going on when he approaches TM. TM asks why are you following me and GZ responds by asking what are you doing here. Perhaps, GZ could have said I'm neighborhood watch and then asked what are you doing here. His response to TM's question sounds like GZ's attitude was along the lines of I ask the questions around here.

I believe the girl when she says what she heard. She has every right to make assumptions about what the sounds were that she heard. West's question of what does grass sound like is absurd. It makes him sound like an old asshole. When she said that TM didn't attack GZ because he would have said he would call her back seems very real and true. It reasonable that is his call was suddenly interrupted, that something unexpected happened. I think if TM was going to attack GZ he would have secured his phone in his pocket. Instead West tries to make it sound like she said if TM was going to attack someone he would have told her that. This testimony is hard to listen too. The girl has a limited vocabulary and maybe a speech impediment. She seems younger than 19 and West looks like he is taking advantage of her with word salad, trying to put words in her mouth and generally bullying someone not nearly as capable with word skills.

    Who, YT posters?

Regardless of "whose side" anyone is on, a trial is needed because someone is dead at GZ's hands. The circumstances require a trial, as we can't just go around shooting people in public places. Had this been an issue of GZ shooting someone in his own home, then an argument could be made for self-defense due to a home invasion. But, that's not what happened here.

I can't really understand the thinking in this case. An alleged "suspicious person" was seen, and it was reported to police. That should have been the end of it. TM was not spotted with a gun, nor breaking into someone's house, or anything of that sort.

If the "suspicious person" HAD been a dangerous criminal, why follow him anyways then? Even with a gun equipped, I wouldn't put myself into a situation -- on a dark, rainy night, where I didn't know where this alleged criminal had gone, especially with police already on the way.

A person walking through a neighborhood on a dark rainy night MAY be a criminal, but it also may be someone who was out for a walk and got caught in the rain, or someone whose car had broken down and was walking home, etc.

I just tend to think that if you don't know a person and you don't know what they are doing, you should probably not approach them in the first place. If it's that worrisome, you call the police. If it was a burglar, then the police showing up probably would scare them off.

When i see a person in the neighborhood, I personally don't automatically consider them a criminal, especially if they haven't actually committed a crime. Walking through a neighborhood is not a crime. But, I guess not everyone thinks the same way.

I'm sure glad I'm not a juror. There's things yet to come. I toss back and forth. There are facts that are negative on both sides. GZ has confirmed violence, TM is not confirmed, but as a teen with problems already, he could be trouble in the making.
So, what really happened when they finally collided, who knows.
