i wonder how long before she's auto-tuned.
Guilty of 2nd degree murder
Guilty of manslaughter
Guilty of aggravated battery
Guilty of culpable negligence
Guilty of felony battery
Not Guilty
Hung Jury
I sure hope so.
But, trying to be objective, it could backfire also. Bratty mouthy disrepectful teen. That's exactly what West wants in his plot to piss her off.
Never know how those crackas will take it. It could look bad if she keeps it up. A little is funny, too much isn't and could implant attitudes against TM for even being her friend in some minds.
As for me, I think her mom was out of town a little too much. I'm not going to pretend I haven't thought, thank God that isn't my kid.

OMG I love the attitude on this girl! She's about 2 seconds from busting West upside the head!
West: "Judge I'll need at least a couple more hours."
Rachel: "No...uh uh...I'M DONE TODAY. I'm leaving!" And the look on her face...priceless!
Then the judge says something like "I will decide that."
This is the best shit EVER.
[QUOTE=Ron_NYC;3450855]How old is this girl? Isn't she 19?
How long ago was it that her mom was doing this stuff?[/QUOTE
I saw media report 19 yes .. if they finally got something right.
I don't know, maybe the mom never came back or doesn't plan to return until this one turns 25.kidding!

That's ok sweetie, you did good on the stand. Get really good and pissed off and come in tomorrow a little bit stronger and a little bit meaner and make that defense attorney your bitch.![]()

One of the in court reporters, forget which one, reported the jurors are looking irritated. They saw it irritated with West but .. what do they know. It could be irritated with enough of her attitude also. Hard call to make. But with the moms on the jury, I can see them going with, geesh, enough already! She's young get it over with for crying out loud. Days on the stand are very tough for experienced adults ... this might end up biting West in the ass playing his obvious plot games against someone so young.

i just relistened and i missed the part where she said she heard "why are you following me" then zimmerman says " whatcha doing here" then trayvon said " get off get off" and then the phone went dead - i didn't here the get off part first - yikes - its what was thinkng happened - he tried to grab trayvon, prolly to subdue until the police get there so he could be a hero, but when he tried, trayvon punched him - zimmerman got scared and shot him - and i am sure he thought he had his very own real life theif and thug and wouldn't get in any trouble, instead of a teenager w/ skittles
i just bet this was going to be inevitable outcome at some point w/ zimmerman w/ all his fake justice league action hero persona he was trying to play - and if he is set free i bet he does it again!
How is she off base with her statement? She's saying that the girl thought this would all be wrapped up today but the attorney deliberately dragged out the examination with very tangentially related questions in order to prolong her stay and hopefully break her down.
This is just a specific technique he is using, prosecutors use it too.
For info and recordings /ABC stuff the Def will attack tomorrow ..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jhes6BlFf8 ABC snips Rachael referred to today as not being complete. Good quality.
Crumps recording [ really bad quality ] So bad, I'd can't believe any professional like an atty would try to pass this off on anyone.

The "Witness Summary" of her depo with BDLR [sounds pretty like what she's been saying]
The interview was conducted by Florida Assistant State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda. She says that Trayvon told her that a white man in a car was watching him from a car. He said that the man watching was on the phone. Trayvon said that he was going to start walking. Phone hung up and she called him back. He said the man was still watching him. He put his hoodie on because it was still raining. She told him to run to his dad?s house. He said that he would run. She heard Trayvon running and could hear the wind. Trayvon said that he lost the guy. Then, he told her the guy was coming closer to him. She heard Trayvon say ?Why you following me for?? An old man said, ?What are you doing around here?? She called Trayvon?s name and he didn?t answer. She said someone bumped him, and she heard the phone drop. She could hear a little bit of sound. Trayvon was saying ?Get off, get off.? Then, the phone hung up. She called him back two or three times. She states she has guilt about the situation.

Rachel's Twitter/Facebook...I'm guessing she's gonna be hitting the Hennessy +/or weed pretty hard tonight.

I know it's hard to tell what the jurors are thinking but when I was a juror for a slip and fall case a couple years ago, a one day trial dragged on for 3 days because of the plaintiff's attorneys. They would go on and on and on. The last day was a Friday and at 5pm one of the plaintiff's attorney's asked for a recess until Monday. The judge, clearly annoyed, said no, this needs to go to the jury tonight. It wasn't until 9pm when we got the case to us.
I'm not calling these attorneys inept or anything, just my personal experience when dealing with someone that went over and over the same damn details. It's off-putting. I thought Rachel did a good job today, even though she was giving attitude and getting annoyed. Hopefully she will have the night to kind of calm down and come in tomorrow okay and not let West get the best of her.
I despise Frank Taafee I wish they would stop giving him a platform to spew the same crap over and over

I totally agree with all of this. I didn't watch all of her testimony but from what I did see I found myself wondering if she might be a bit slow. I'm really glad she seemed to have stood her ground. I think he dragged it on to try to get to her because he was able to bully all of the grown women that way. Funny a 19 year old kid wasn't having it.
Just tuned into Nancy Disgrace. Bombshell tonight. Did Trayvon call him a 'creepyass.....cracker' or a creepy.....asscracker'?
