I don't interact with the hobo down the street from me who has his pants halfway pulled down and scratches himself and reeks of urine, but I think it's fare to say that I have an opinion on him. People are entitled to not like people they don't 'interact' with on the boards. In fact, I am going out on a limb and guessing that when people don't interact with a forum poster, it's because they do not like what they have seen.
This is not a comparison to coconut, just a suggestion. There are tons of forum members on here who do not like each other's style and as a result don't interact.
Coconut is gone but not forgotten. Hobos in LA? You mean like homeless?
There are other ways to base opinions of people besides reading what they post. You have heard of VMs and PMs, right? I think *maybe* that's what Angie meant by "interact." Sometimes you see a whole different side to someone when you interact via messages vs posting on the thread.
And it's really not necessary to ridicule someone by adding thisto the end of your post.
Oh boy....
I posTed the smiley because it was my reaction to the statement. I've gotten to.know many members of the board through the 7 years I've been here and contributed. Don't really need a defensive lecture from you. Fart out the bug and acclimate and im sure you'll do.fine.
I guess I just felt the need to stand up for him because he is no longer here to defend himself. I didn't like coconut at first-at all. I hated the shit he posted-put him on ignore and pretended like he wasn't there. Then I thought its ridiculous to do that over a couple posts and took him off. After I realized I was taking shit WAY too seriously I actually looked forward to his crazy posts to lighten the mood. He always repped me nice little messages and after talking to him for a bit I found out he was actually nice. I'm glad I decided to take him of ignore and not be a judgemental asshole.
I guess I just found a lot of posts he made to be distasteful at times. I too had him on and off ignore at different points. But I got tired of the offensive posts about different participants in the trial all in the name of comedy.
There is more i could say but I'd rather drop the topic. Coconut chose to leave for whatever reason. Let him go.
I felt Coconut's constant attempts at humor became redundant. Initially, I could easily scroll past and ignore. It was the quoting of his 'funnies' and 'lawlz coconut youse hawt plus anal haha!' that kind of pushed me over the edge about it.
You could see the progression from normal off color conversation to full blown crazy buttsex saturated Wednesday night comedy-club amateur hour. I half expected each post to start with a cover charge and end with "BABABOOEY-BABABOOEY!!"
See, he did that in the main information thread, the one people would go to for information about the case/trial. And then started a new thread for serious discussion....

Oh yeah, that was one of my many rookie mistakes and am still learning. I only ignore the real assholes, like the ones who get banned for fucking up the thread. I just scroll by the posts I find annoying and try to be nice to everyone. There are enough mean posts, and I just don't have it in me to add to it. I simply don't like to argue or listen to anyone else do it. It's always over stupid shit, and they always try to get the last word. Goes on too long as well.
Yes...hell fucking yes to what Cara said. He was held to some sort of God standard that I will never understand. I post in that thread and I was not a fan.
Oh they are funny...unless someone is hiding behind them that can't formulate something to say for themselves.
If in fact that was directed at me, I'm not even going to dignify that with a response as I am not a badass, I am just offering up my opinion. You can take it or leave it. The forum as well as the thread are full of them in case you didn't know.![]()
