Does anyone believe that Jodi may have actually realized today what she did to this family? I think it somehow is hitting home to her today.

I do think she's feeling some true emotions today, but in a detached sense, as though she's hearing a very sad, very tragic story about "someone else." And sadder still, whatever genuine feelings she might be having won't last for long.

I saw her putting a tissue to her nose, but I never saw her wipe her eyes. If tears were falling, I believe she would've brushed them away with a tissue, or even her hands.

She cries like a sociopath. They never wipe tears from face--they want to make sure you see them. (Check out Scott Peterson crying for Lacey for an example) There are other. There were real tears, but unlike normal people, Jodi only wipes them away if they are on her chin or neck.

For those wondering about Sandy Arias statement,
she can not make a "statement". SA is not family of Travis'. Travis is the victim in this case.
SA is the mother to the killer, perp, defendant. She has no rights to make a "victim's statement" under law.
She could be a witness for JAs mitigation, give 'evidence' under oath, but ... the def can't risk it because then JM could cross with all kinds lies JA told and everything SA told the cops about her Stabby. About not having a bad childhood and always making up lies she did for one thing.

I forgot about her interview with Flores. I would think this jury is smart enough to see the mother did not get up, and really wonder why. A relative not getting up there on her behalf seems so strange. Would impact would 2 friends have over a relative?

I think she met/saw them at the memorial. She testified iirc that she met Norma, the grandmother, twice at her home in Riverside or around there, maybe a town with a French name. And that she snuck in the window later in the night.

Weird. I read last night about Borderline, sociopath, narcissistic personality disorders. It is really complicated.
