Goodbye Jodi Arias. Hello inmate #338580916. Welcome to hell ... every day.
I completely agree with you! I also oppose the death penalty, although I can understand why some victim's families may want it, and since I haven't walked in their shoes, I can't say I wouldn't want the same thing if I did.

I'll be happy either way, either DP or LWOP - as long as she never gets out of prison.
The Alexander family wants the DP for her so I tend to lean that way myself. If that is what will give them a sense of closure, knowing she'll be alone all the time barely seeing the light of day, I'm all for it.
I used to think the DP was too easy but in this case, I think its exactly what she needs.

But, just the fact that people were calling the judge and attempting to tattle on jurors makes me think of JAII.

Now, supposedly the message was saying that 5 was "coaching" Jodi by shaking her head "no" or something, but I never got the idea that 5 was a Jodi supporter. More likely she was shaking her head "no" as in "no I don't believe the bullshit you are spewing". That would certainly be something that a Jodi supporter would try and use to oust the juror, but yet pretend that they were trying to oust someone by claiming them "pro-Jodi". Perhaps they fancy themselves as clever as Jodi does herself?

Anyways, I would not be surprised if some of the Jodi-ites have been playing games all along trying to remove specific jurors, or enough jurors to try and cause a mistrial.

I remember a few posts that were talking about phone calls and such. I think you are right with the attempt at getting rid of enough for a mistrial. I dont think they will do anything after the sentence is delivered. Unless they want to be with JA so they can give her those loving hugs that she is so in need of. *gag* I would love to see those people actually have some sort of contact with her... have her in their homes, around their families.. My guess is they would change their opinion before she got one foot in the door.

I have wondered if it is just a group of trolls that were so good at trolling, that they started to believe the stupidity that comes out in their posts. I can not for the life of me figure out why anyone would support her.
Even if she was abused by Travis (I don't think she was) she brutally murdered him! WAY OVERKILL! I understand feeling sympathy for the alleged beatings, especially by people that have been in actual abusive relationships.. but when you see what she did to him, how could anyone continue to support that!?

Karma is only a bitch if you are!

I actually want her to get the death penalty. Not because I think they will ever kill her (I don't believe they will) but because she won't have contact with other inmates. She wont get to make friends in prison. She will be stuck in a cell for 23 hours a day alone. No physical contact with anyone. No Prison Idol. Only 3 showers a week. No perks. LWOP (I believe) she still gets contact with other people. She can get out of her cell. I don't want that for her. I want her to die alone, rotting away by herself in a lonely jail cell. No one (not even cell mates) there to comfort her when she's dying. She doesn't deserve comfort. She didn't have any sympathy for Travis. His family didn't get to comfort him while he died. They didn't get to say goodbye to him. If they put the same restrictions on LWOP as they did with the Death Penalty I would be fine with LWOP. But I think she still gets perks with LWOP and she doesn't deserve any. She doesn't deserve a commissary account. She doesn't deserve candy, or extra peanut butter, or anti fungal cream or even aspirin for a headache. She deserves to rot.
I totally agree with so much of what you said except that I think that LWOP wouldn't be as bad for her as the DP because she would still get to interact with people.

I am pro-Capital Punishment (with slight reservations acknowledging that mistakes do happen and racism has played a role in innocent persons unfairly being incarcerated/executed....), but despite my acceptance of it, I found sheesh's defense of LWOP rather than death very enlightening and well-reasoned.

As for Jodi, though, I wish they'd just bury her in sand so she's only exposed from the neck up and then have people throw sizable rocks at her fucking head to off her like they do to poor souls over in shitholes in the Middle East.

Thank you for your opinions/observations regarding Capital Punishment and articulating them so well. Really good posts that I found thought-provoking despite having a differing viewpoint.

On the face of it, it makes sense, so that she can say "well we don't have that gun anymore cause some bad guys took it", but then, it looks awfully shady since it was the same caliber that was used to shoot Travis, and it's not a popular caliber with most criminals.

As you said, the phoney robbery just calls attention to the fact that there was a gun in Jodi's home that matched the bullet found in Travis. So, I can only think of 2 reasons.

    1. Jodi claims Travis had visited her at her grandparents house. IF he did, they grandpa likely knew him and that Jodi was visiting Travis and trying to have a relationship with him. Since the gun was apparently kept in a dresser drawer (for personal protection?) grandpa would've likely noticed it go missing. When he heard about Travis' death and the caliber used to shoot him, he no doubt would've put 2-and-2 together. Did Jodi think grandpa would turn her in? Is he still alive? I notice that although grandma attended the trial, we haven't heard anything from grandpa.

    2. Jodi figured that wherever she stashed/discarded the gun, it might be found. If so, she could say "Well look we filed a report that it was stolen, so maybe whoever stole it was the ninja who killed Travis!" The problem with that is, I believe it's been said that gun was unregistered, so even if it was found, it likely could not be traced back to Grandpa Arias. It's possible Jodi didn't know that though. And it's possible that even if she tried to wipe her fingerprints off, she might not have done a very good job.
    Snipped for space.

I think she stole the gun because that was going to be her first choice to kill Travis. Either she didn't expect the gun to be discovered missing so quickly, or she didn't think her grandparents would call in the robbery. Perhaps there have been other instances where things have gone missing in the house, and she figured that they would not report this theft either.

With the gun as a way to tie her to Travis's murder, she decided to use a knife instead, but brought the gun along since she would need to get rid of it anyway, and also use it in case things went all to hell with the murder of Travis.

But... in the waiting area I was sitting there all alone and suddenly Travis' family appeared in the hallway. After they left, the jury lined up in the hallway and I was about 5 feet away from them. Also rode the elevator with JM who nodded hello to me. It was a good day afterall. Went back down to the courthouse about 2 weeks later. Met Poppycock and recognized Faq. Got in that day. Notewothy that day is that when the afternoon recess was announced, I remained seated in the gallery. Stabby and Jen Jen sat in chairs close to where Jodi enters the courtroom. She stared at me the whole time. I stared back. That was creepy. I didn't realize that at the time I was the only one seated in the gallery and she probably a friend of hers. OK, so that's my story, don't mean to bore anyone with old news.

Oh Leopard Lady. She wasn't deemed Leopard Lady yet when I was there, but she was definitely there. She made herself very well known because she came and stood in front of all of us that were waiting to get in, and said she wasn't there particularly to watch the trial, but to see and meet all the 'crazy court watchers'. And about an hour later, she first to volunteer for a local newstation interview, all while wearing a shirt with big bold letters saying: 'ALL ABOUT ME'.
Do you have a copy of your appearance on Dr Drew? I don't watch HLN as a rule (although I did yesterday) but I have watched Dr Drew since he seems to have better guests as far as TA's friends, etc. I might actually have a bit of a crush on Abe LOL he's been a class act as far as what he's said about TA.

Leopard Lady was the one telling anyone who would listen, after Stabby was on the stand, that there would be a hung jury and a mistrial. How quickly she changed her tune.

I am not normally a proponent of the DP, mainly due to fact there have been so many wrongful convictions and the very distinct reality that some innocent people have been executed.

However, in cases like this where there is no doubt then I think the DP should remain an option. The family in this case wants the DP for the felon.

The problem with giving her LWOP is that she will thrive in general population, due to the fact that she's a master manipulator.

On Death Row she will be isolated, kept away from other inmates and have very limited contact with the outside world.

And I pass no judgement whatsoever on those who feel differently.

I cannot begin to know the Alexander's pain, so my thoughts must be tempered by that fact.

All I know is I cried like a little girl along with Samantha (a lady) when Juan walked us through the murder moment by moment from Travis' perspective/thoughts/pain.

Whatever decision this jury makes, they've done a fine job and should be commended.

Per HLN, there is supposed to be some sort of meeting/hearing soon and could possibly be aired live. I have my stream up, just in case. The seal has been up for awhile.

Somebody posted a link to a video about a week ago (can't find), and there was a discussion of what Stabby's conditions in Perryville would be if she got life. Locked up 23 hours a day, meals in her cell, pretty isolated in general. Will continue looking for link.

I didn't mean for my post to come across judgmental. I totally understand why people don't agree with the DP.

The main reason I want her to get DP is not because I want her to die (although I believe she deserves it) but its because I want her stuck in solitary for the rest of her life.

If that was included in LWOP I would totally support that. I don't want her to be able to interact with anyone, even other prisoners. I believe (I could be wrong) with LWOP she gets to be in general population. I don't think that is punishment enough for her.

I totally respect your opinion on not wanting the DP.

I support whatever decision this jury has to make. I feel for them. I can't even imagine the stress and pressure they are going through.

And the letter writing campaign to their all their state lawmakers (any state) to overturn the verdict. some totally funny shit going on over there.
I really gotta stop going there for laughs. Some of the comments make me feel like I need a shower to get the dirty off.
There's some crazy shit going on over there. This is today's inspirational message to the JAII Cult..
So? let these clueless fucks come up with some more bullshit today. We?re used to it by now, aren?t we?. After that, we can start preparing for the appellate courts and the appeals in respect of this AZ State Circus debacle.

And while I?m on a roll, let me tell you this ? and let?s see how little of it appears on HLN later today:

TA?s retarded & inbred meth-head loser family seriously need to get a life, and quit playing the fake sympathy card for anyone that?s stupid enough to give a fuck about them. So yeah? to the meth-head family I say fuck you and the drug dealers dicks you all rode into town on. You, just like all the other sick pedo-hugging fucks should never have been born in the first place. The world would have been a much better place without you? just like the world is a much better place without that TA asshole.

The same sentiments go out to all the mormon motherfuckers still clinging to the illusion of Jodi?s guilt, just to make them feel ?better? about themselves. Good luck with that. Fuck you too, and the bishop you?re always giving head to. You know who you are.

This will always be a very basic & grossly overcharged self-defense case, with no credible evidence to prove the contrary. If there is credible evidence, then I?ve never seen it. I?ve seen Walmart receipts and deposit slips? I?ve also seen rape-themed text messages? and I?ve heard an audio recording of some pervert wanting to tie a 12 year old girl to a tree and fuck her in the ass. On top of that, all I?ve heard is a lot of bullshit fantasy speculation, hearsay & assumption from Dirty Sanchez ? a miscreant excuse of a prosecutor who?s not even fit to shovel shit from one place to another without arguing with the shovel.

The jurors? for reasons yet to be specifically determined, must have been watching a different trial altogether. So much so that they not only failed in their duty as jurors, but they also failed to uphold The Constitution. Another bunch of motherfuckers to behold. Please stand for the jury? Fuck you.

Here?s juror #8 talking about being approached & questioned during the trial, watching TV and seeing all the newspaper headlines. ?Did anyone attempt to speak to you about this case?? I see no hands.? says Judge Pickles. So much for that BS?
Ok then? in summary, and just in case anyone needed reminding?

We are here for the long haul.

We are proud to stand behind and support Jodi Arias.

    Always have done.

    Always will do.

    Nothing will ever change that.

WE ARE TEAM JODI ? AND WE WILL BE VICTORIOUS in our quest for JUSTICE FOR JODI.

NEVER DOUBT IT FOR ONE SECOND? if you do, then you shouldn?t even be here.

Leave your comments below as another new & star-spangled bullshit dawn breaks over Arizona.

The real battle starts today folks.

Are you up for it, or what??

Let this be a warning to any other self-righteous bastards that think they can verbally & physically abuse women and get away with it.

Because the fact of the matter is? in the cold light of day? most of the time you can get away with it )and do)? but sometimes? well? you just can?t. The photograph above is testament to that fact.
    :o)

If Arias is trying to cause another delay today, I just hope and pray the Judge denies it.

Then there was the one early on that got in. What was her name??
I was there early on. I was the one that sat in the front row next to Stabby's mom (due to not knowing murder trial etiquette) and her aunt asking "who the hell are you?" I also rode the elevator with Juan and he said "the elevators in this building are worse than an anal probe." VERY interesting day!

Are you playing, or for real Daryl will beg that Jodi's life be spared? If he does take the stand, will we be watching his hands speak or will we get to see his face this time? It would be appropriate if he testified for her a la Daft Punk Hands.

    • ex BF Daryl Brewer. I remember this poor guy on the stand, when asked how he knew the defendant...long pause..."I knew Jodi because...we were in love..." as Jodi looked on tearfully.

Wonder why BFF Donavan isn't on the list?
Winner winner chicken dinner! Oh wait, they don't serve inmates chicken. Like it'll work!

Does their 'role' in Jodi's life come out? id the cell mate?

I don't have a video but below is from AZ Dept of Corrections website.

All male and female inmates on Death Row are classified as maximum custody. All inmates are single cells which are equipped with a toilet, sink, bed and mattress. Each Death Row inmate has no contact with any other inmate. Out-of-cell time is limited to outdoor exercise in a secured area, two hours a day, three times a week, and a shower, three times a week. All meals are delivered by correction officers at the cell front. Limited non-contact visitation is available. Death Row inmates may place two ten minute telephone calls per week. Personal property is limited to hygiene items, two appliances, two books and writing materials, which can be purchased from the inmate commissary. Health care is provided at the Health Unit; medication is passed out at the cell front. Clergy contacts are provided at the cell.

I missed Daryl's testimony the first time, did he say if he and Jodi had sex? I mean she had sex w/ everyone and their brother (literally) but it sounded like it was platonic? seperate bedrooms? 52 vs 26yr old? (did I get the age difference correct?) and will Daryl show his face this time????

    @WildAboutTrial2m
In the courtroom hallway at the #JodiArias trial. Court is locked I guess an earlier closed door hearing has been pushed back.

    @WildAboutTrial16s
@BethKaras has on a lovely purple dress. Attorneys are in the courtroom. Some jurors have been seen showing up. #JodiArias

Thrive... More like she'll be Queen Bee. She'll be known as the woman who killed her abusive, pedophile, sexually deviant boyfriend. A guy who only used HER as a booty call (rather than her using HIM). Most of the women in prison blame men for being there. It's filled with man haters. She'll be a super hero. I'm hoping for the death penalty also. Only because she'll probably die of natural causes before she'll be executed. Last female to be executed in Arizona was back in 1930 (?).

I mentioned to my husband yesterday that Wilmott seemed very disconnected yesterday. Not her usual buddy-buddy self with Jodi. I guess now we know why...

I have a feeling Jodi is so arrogant she's going to get on the stand and imply to the jury that they're wrong... She won't say it outright, but I believe that's the direction she will go in. She will make sure to let them know that she is the victim here...

I hate myself for wanting to keep watching this trainwreck...

He's on the DT's list to appear so I assume that's why he'll be there...
