    Faq
    Ian
    Denver
    Poppy?
Then there was the one early on that got in. What was her name??

Funny that the defense doesn't dispute the BPD diagnosis anymore, or the order of the stabs and gunshot.

One question I've been wondering about the sex photos revealed on day 6 of the trial. Those were shown in the live stream, in succession, during a recess. The same was not done for other evidence photos. Why is that? Was it an "accident" on day 6?

What gets streamed during recess seems to be at the photographer's whim. The photos are all out there. Try Huffington Post.

Hmm ok so defense says since adrenaline was present, there was no pain. It was the pain and anguish he was suffering that caused the adrenaline. Based on the DT view.....there is no pain involved cause of adrenaline so it is ok to bloody stab over and over and over again? Makes me sick.

OK, I'm going to be brave and jump in. Have been lurking for sometime and have decided to take the plunge. Just wanted to say that I have been to the trial on two occasions. The first time I arrived for the afternoon session, and it was a Stabby migraine day. Never got to get in. But... in the waiting area I was sitting there all alone and suddenly Travis' family appeared in the hallway. After they left, the jury lined up in the hallway and I was about 5 feet away from them. Also rode the elevator with JM who nodded hello to me. It was a good day afterall. Went back down to the courthouse about 2 weeks later. Met Poppycock and recognized Faq. Got in that day. Notewothy that day is that when the afternoon recess was announced, I remained seated in the gallery. Stabby and Jen Jen sat in chairs close to where Jodi enters the courtroom. She stared at me the whole time. I stared back. That was creepy. I didn't realize that at the time I was the only one seated in the gallery and she probably a friend of hers. OK, so that's my story, don't mean to bore anyone with old news.

I've only about 7 more pages to catch up on, but I've decided to reply to you, as you really are getting on my tits big time with your bullying, though you're so not worth it. I'm aware of that, but I will go on for my benefit, I suppose. :)) I'll catch up with Joe normal tomorrow.

I'm of the opinion this trial's way too down the line for Admin, mods etc., to be pissed off any longer by your sort of shit. You've made it a point to pick on any bugger you think you'll get a rise out of. Didn't work for the most part. As for your above comment re poppy and twinmutha, it says it all. Leave them, and everyone else, the Fuck alone. Pm me if you've anything more to say about it, and stop bleating like the lamb you accuse everyone else of being.

Some fear the thread being locked because of the likes of you. If that's your 'goal' it's not going to work bud. Seriously, take your gripes to the likes of me and we'll see where we can help you out. Cause you seriously appear to need help my friend.

Troy Hayden told Greta Van Susteren that he had made a deal with Jodi back in January. The deal was that she would give him the post-conviction interview, if he wouldn't air the interview he did with her in Jan. He alludes to it several times in this clip, he spent 45 min. with her. Then she decided she didn't want it shown. She called Troy this previous Sunday and told him she would keep her word, they still had a deal.
I guess he had to play softball with her, if he didn't want to waste his time again. Our days of listening to Jodi nonsense will soon be over. It's time to go smell the flowers. Aah-choo!

Ya know.... They don't have much to work with. They're just trying to save her life at this point.

Today I saw the last ditch effort of the convict. Right now, she has no control over anything and she is getting really nasty!

Wilma's diary entry: I think Jodi is going to stab me, but it is almost over. Soon, I can go back to Club Med and my hair has finally started to grow back.

Nurmi's diary entry: Bitch did it.... I'm gonna ask Mr. Martinez for a job.

Everyone know's it's over except the convict.

I am sitting here watching my DVR and FFwdg and lo and behold there is Ian and Denver making a JVM sandwich. What amazing, articulate men. (JVM introduced them as 2 men who met on a Jodi/Travis blog) I love it.

Question to Ian, Denver or faq: Who was referred to by the other interviewees as a court regular telling newbies what to do? Did you see that?
I apologize if you already commented on it, I am still reading. Thank you

It was Leopard Lady aka Gypsy Woman, depending which forum you're on.

OK finally wrapped up my recordings of the proceedings with the verdict of aggravation. It was very telling as the jury was polled on their findings and each and every one sounded so emphatic with their confident "YES". This jury deserves such praise for a job well done. They have hung in there and are obviously committed to justice being served. They've asked excellent (albeit sometimes snarky) questions. I feel pretty confident in a DP sentence. If ever there was a defendant deserving of DP, it is Jodi. As I have noted before I don't care if she lives or dies. I just want to know she has to live on Death Row in the most miserable of circumstances till her time comes. The thought of her continuing jail friendships continuing a social lifestyle with the other minions playing cards, doing each other's hair, girl on girl shower sex and giving hugs and handshakes to those who idolize her building her ego sickens me. I want to see her alone till the end of her time (as long as possible would be fine with me) just sitting there alone 23 hours a day in that cell eating meals alone warms my soul that there has been justice.

I agree with that. I think the things that bother me most about them are that they come across as so unprofessional. Burp, slump, eyeroll, stomp. Nurmi appears sloppy and forever sniffs his fingers. JW just loses her train of thought and is about as effective as a junior high debate club member.

To be honest, I might sound a bit shaky after looking at those gruesome images and hearing the descriptions, not to mention the emotional tension in the room.

Does anyone think that's a good idea? What is she going to say? As the TH mentioned, claiming remorse and responsibility could hurt her in trying to appeal since she was claiming self-defense. But, if not, what good would it do her to stand up and keep playing the victim and running Travis down. The jury didn't buy any of her bs.
She seems to think an 18 page letter is a "short note." We could be in for a rambling catty fuckfest.

To be fair (ugh, it pains me), the question wasn't "What would you have done differently in all this," it was "What would you have done differently AFTER you killed Travis?" Fairness aside, I agree that MOST people would probably be like, "Hold the phone, I wouldn't have killed him." I wouldn't have put it past Jodi to see her twisting it and responding, "I would have respected myself and actively sought to get help for Travis and I would not have put myself in a position to be abused." The best we got was, "I encourage abused women to take pictures of their wounds."

I always wonder about that gun. I wonder how often her Grandpa used it, if ever. I guess the burglary was to create an alibi so someone wouldn't be like **five years later**"Hey Gramps where's yer gun? Why, Jodi must have taken it to commit that murder way back when!" but it just served to call attention to it.

Boo! I have to work today. And if it is as busy as I think it'll be I won't get to see very much if anything of the trial today. Oh well, there is always YouTube! And I'll be lurking around here too whenever I can.
I noticed that jodi looked awfully "migrainey" yesterday. Wonder if the judge laid the smackdown on her yesterday and told her too bad. I'm just hoping she doesn't pull any crap today. I'm sure TAs family just wants to get up there, say what they need to say and then be done with it. It'll be interestng to see Jodi's reaction to what they have to say. Maybe she'll just get back to her coloring and tracing...

Today, the defense goes first and has the last word. (According to the State vs. Travis Alexander)
They've got 2 witness lined up, a prison pal of Jodi's and Patty, who sounds like she's drunk on TV and shows up in court with bared shoulders and tattoos.

I think Jodi's too afraid to go back to the psych ward to pull any more tricks.

Ah, ok. Didnt know the defense went first. It'll be interesting to see what the hell the defense throws out there. Surprised they only have a couple if people. I wonder if no one else agreed to speak up for her or if they just decided to go with a couple of people.
It'll be an interesting day I'm sure.
