Actually, the third rail can be referenced in any city that has a subway or an elevated train. There's one in atlanta. One in chicago. They are all over the place, but if you tend to drive in these cities, it wouldnt be common knowledge.

I touched an electric fence.......TWICE. I was at my uncle's house looking out to pasture. There was a wooden fence and an electric wire up against it. I didn't know about the wire. My cousin was standing near me. I lean up against the fence and wrap my hands around the top rung. It felt like I was kicked in the butt. I let go and turn to my cousin. He's standing there looking at me and I give him the side eye because I thought he kicked me. I turn back around towards the fence and grab it again. Again, it felt like I got kicked in the butt. I swear I could feel my butt cheek lift up. I turned back around towards my cousin and asked him why he was kicking me. He said, "I ain't kickin' you, you holdin' onto the electric fence." I didn't say anything back and just walked away.

Ummmm..a little bit of both I guess. I used to sit in a cube but our company exploded so I now have a palatial office. Back then, people were sitting on 3 corners so listening to anything out loud was distracting to them. It was then that i employed the headphones
