If the jury is back already, I can only see one outcome -- guilty of cruelty. That's just because I can't believe 12 people would all believe that it was not cruelty. I just can't see that happening. I could see a split that has been resolved, but all I can see is "guilty".
This jury found Murder 1, they understand the heinousness of this crime. They must understand that this was cruel enough that the death penalty must be at least an option.
