If Jodi sincerely wants the death penalty, all she has to do is get on the stand and say "I killed him, I thought about it for weeks and I made it as painful for him as I possibly could." She could even go on to give every detail but that will never happen because she doesn't want the death penalty, it's just more of her bullshit head games.

Interesting. I am not at all surprised. I was basing my comment on having extensive personal interactions with a sociopath for many years. They could lie about anything, at any time, and be totally convincing and sincere. They were even acquitted of attempted murder based on their outstanding ability to lie and be convincing and sincere about it (despite the fact that the evidence was overwhelming and the "explanation" story they came up with was totally ludicrous... in many ways even more absurd on its face than Jodi's stupid explanation).

Maybe that is why I am so obsessed with this case?

After seeing her tweet last night about donations, I 've come to the conclusion that this whole thing after the conviction has been one big charade. She was angry, but not suicidal, but she played that game to further her cause. The whole interview was calculated to play mind games. She still thinks she is in control. I don't really think she is devastated about the conviction...she still thinks she can bottle up her true emotion and ignore the world and that leaves her in control.
