there were a number of "truth nuggets" in that story.. at various times I think she was describing herself in the actions of the female and male "ninjas" ... the whole inter-ninja debate "should we let her live or should we kill her?" sounds like her internal dialogue about Travis.
She also described Travis as being down "on all 4 knees" (that would be funny under other circumstances) and I think that is another bit of truth at the center of JA's Tootsie-Pop of Lies.... there are quite a few other examples.

If it ISN'T a quick day today then it's going to be because of the defense. Of course at this poit I'd say screw it if I were them.
The state just has to show the autopsy pics and let the ME talk to prove he was killed in a cruel manner. I'm sure the entire jury already knows how they are going to vote. I don't know what the hell the defense is going to say that will make this murder NOT cruel.
I read this in a previous post of yours, and I don't know what the story is, or what happened to your daughter, but I wanted to tell how wrong I think this is! What else are VIS about but the aggravation part of a trial? It is your ABSOLUTE RIGHT to face the convicted party, and finally be afforded the opportunity to speak about how their actions have impacted you, as a victim!
It's beyond disgusting that they relegated your statement to a letter for a start, and then not allow you to read it? I can't understand why this would ever be deemed prejudicial? They've already been convicted right, and they are entitled to mitigation as a response! Outrageous! Very sorry for what you went through!

One reporters on HLN just put a new spin on the trial. Jodi has the right to state she wants the death penalty, trial will stop while she's evaluated for competency of that statement. That messes up her defense case.
