Completely agree! The have an ABSOLUTE RIGHT! I hope they have a victims advocate that will fight for them! This judge needs to grow a pair, and stop letting Arias run the show. Seriously!

I truly hope that the judge allows the Alexander's to give their VIS in the courtroom and not through video. They have been incredibly gracious and have earned their chance to say whatever they feel is appropriate. I really feel like Jodi is used to ALWAYS getting her way, even in Jail i think she probably had a lot of power. she is getting deserpate now that her typical methods of manipuation are failing her. Remember in the interrogation tape when she said "i feel so powerless in here". She probably always felt some sense of control over things, and never had let herself be fully accountable for anything. I truly believe she is angry at travis for making her kill him and getting her in to the predicament she is in.

They do deserve it, and I hope the judge ensures they get it. I was only half joking earlier when I said they needed to "Clockwork Orange her ass" (meaning prop her eyelids open and hold her head in place so she has no choice but to see). The court needs to order her to actually pay attention to the victim impact statements, rather than coloring in her coloring books, or scribbling madly in her journal. She needs to spend that couple minutes actually looking at the victims family and paying fucking attention!
