We're all wondering who gave a go-ahead for the interview. You have to admit it's a valid question.

I have heard it reported that the sheriff DID know, as there is not way it could not have taken place without his okay. Remember, he is the one who is charged with her security at all times. She sat there for 45 minutes, talking. So, someone fucked up. Big time. That press should not have been allowed anywhere near her.

Can you please let me know where you are hearing anything about Dr Drew? I have not heard anyone mention him besides you. I have confirmed from Ian that Katie was ushered into the courtroom by a friend of the Alexander family but I will let him fill you in on that later.

One of the HLN reporters said that they had allowed in Dr Drew, and Katie(I assumed they were referring to the blond lady that's always on Dr Drew), but nobody else including media was let in. Then we got word that there would be no trial today. Then next thing I heard was that the person (?Katie?) came out, went to the elevator, and said she couldn't speak to the media. Nothing was said after that on HLN about Katie(not positive which Katie, but definitely related to Dr Drew in some way) or Dr Drew. That's what I'm tripping on. Why would they let them into the courtroom? What happened to Dr Drew? I guess we might find out on Dr Drew tonight.

She is in a psych ward in a prison, in a cell. So, it's not like she is in a hospital setting, where she is free to go and play bingo and eat in a cafeteria. If anything, she has LESS in this cell than she had in her holding cell.....not even peanut butter or her clothes. She won't have access to any other inmates. She is in an iron-barred fishbowl, right now. They will make sure she is stable, then get on with the process.

I'm going to be lynched for this, but I saw this coming. I know everyone was saying she was faking her sadness on that interview last night, but I don't think she was. I think she was genuinely upset. (For herself of course) You saw her chin when the verdict was read...that was real. People with BPD long to be liked...and when people don't like you, it literally feels like the end of the world. If I sat around and thought of all the people who didn't like me because of every impulsive decision (shitty impulsive decisions) I've made, I'd suicide. No joking. I seriously believe that it's not a game this time. I would put money on it that she legitimately wants to die.

I do see how it looks on the outside, but homegirl and I have the same diagnosis. She's in emotional pain for sure. And not saying that I feel bad for her because she did do a heinous thing (actually several of them), I'm just saying that I understand somewhat how she is feeling right now.

I really appreciate your insight on stabby and your openness about yourself ! obviously you can take responsibility for your own shitty decisions and can admit your mistakes............... I think you are selling yourself short by putting yourself in the same diagnosis with stabby................... I'm no doc but she has more going on than BPD....................

oh i agree! if you look closely in the interviews from last night, you can actually see tears running down her cheek, i think she thought she was going to get off on these charges or at the worst manslaughter and get time served, maybe be out in a couple of years, she is that much of a narcissist - i also think that is why she set up the interview - so between the verdict and having a 1000 ppl on the court house steps celebrating, it totally rocked her world, that not every body loves her, so she is prolly a little suicidal now, but i bet she will get over it and starts fighting back soon - oh and plus now that she is convicted of m1, she also loses all her priveledges, her cell mate, her jailhouse fan club - yeah this rocked her little world - oh and i guess this will ruin her plan to move to europe w/ her gf and have her invitro baby
