No point in gloating on the jAII site, Poppy. They ban your IP address if they even THINK you aren't a JA groupie. I posted something that wasn't even that bad on there and they banned me lol. What a bunch of losers. I can still spy over there on my phone. I wonder if they want her to get death since that is what SHE wants (whatever lol).

Has anyone seen what that douchnozzle has written on the front page of the JAII website? I really want to fucking punch him.

I would like this for the Alexander family. but as she proved again last nite, she cares about nothing but herself. Spotlight on the Alexanders, she goes on TV to switch it back to HER, it's all about HER.
And, then, what is the truth. she could say until she is blue in the face something is true, how would we know?
I would like to see a book from Juan someday, something like the Helter Skelter by bugliosi. I would read that, although I think Juan's closing was as close as one can get to what actually happened.
I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in the back after the verdict, listen to the verbal dispute.
I wonder what, possibly, the defense can even offer in the way of saying there was no cruelty.

they got nada... another look at the crime scene photos would seal JA's fate... Now JM may not show them out of respect to the Alexander family... but he will reference them (maybe the jurors can look at them in deliberations)

    bottom line: extreme cruelty...

"It was interesting to see the unbridled joy of the haters & retarded pedo-huggers yesterday too ? even though most of them never even watched the trial, and just jumped on the rickety mormon trash band wagon at the last minute. But hey? it?s probably the only real joy they?ve ever experienced in their lives ? since having sex with their kids for the first time ? so let?s not spoil the moment for them? not just yet anyway."

You mean stuff like this, Jem? This douche is a real winner, huh? This person just wants to start shi to get attention. I'm sure he/she just sits back and gets a good laugh out of all of this and all the idiots they've conned into worshiping JA.

I read a reply to the same question you asked some pages back and the answer was no, at least no one has seen any. I was so looking forward to at least a glimpse of Super Juan and hero Det. Flores and his family (who were all there) when (or after) the verdict was read. Can't wait to see them today, and really can't wait to hear them speak once the trial is finished.

Thanks! That makes sense. I couldn't believe any of them would buy her gun story!

I think they need to go with: Jodi went to Travis' to commit suicide, but she's a really bad aim.

I do find it appropriate that Searcy is as good as Piers could draw. Somebody needs to fire him, too.

Yep, not free. Jodi is one of those "have to have the last word" people. Myopic, all centered in self, sociopath. But the last word is held by the jury -- the last word is the clicks of locks and slamming of bar doors of her shoebox existence. Enjoy the Arizona heat, Jodi.

the verdict tells me jury didn't buy any of her fairy tale. It will be VERY interesting when the jurors finally get to tell us what they based their verdict on and how the deliberations went.

Not sure if this has been asked yet, and I don't have the time/energy to re-read since yesterday: but did anyone else notice that Jodi's grandmother was wearing a blue ribbon??? Like, an I support Travis blue ribbon!??!

The local news in Phx reported that TA's family will not be able to file a wrongful death suit vs arias. The state of AZ requires that parents, spouses or children must file... I am confused now. Anyone know for sure?

I didn't see her interview, but saw this today...that BITCH. She wants death?? Then why did she drag the Alexander family through this debacle, assassinating the character and memory of Travis with the most wicked lies she could think up, and costing the taxpayers of AZ millions of dollars?? She could have just pleaded GUILTY and avoided this trial. Stupid c*nt. Boy am I pissed now. What an asshole.

I agree. I think if any of the jurors believed JA's story they would have voted for ONLY felony 1 (or anything else besides premed, premed/felony). I think the jurors that found both agreed with JM about her being unwelcome after the first stab.

ETA: Dollface, she is manipulating, lying. Hoping JM uses those words against her in penalty phase. She's trying reverse psychology. I think :)

I've heard this. I've been trying to look for video of them/their reaction but there really isn't anything out there yet.

I would love to see his reaction. Though I am sure he was professional and didn't show any. I wanted to see Nurmi's reaction as well.

These people are spe-shul. Their remarks yesterday were off the crazy chart (we knew they would be).
(Love your avi btw is that one of your puppehs?)
I re-watched the post conviction interviews. I really just can't fathom how she is still trying to trash him and the family.

oh absolutely! She says she wants to die. I would bet the farm that if she does get death, there will be appeal after appeal after appeal. she doesn't wanna be dead. she wants to socialize in prison. death row won't give her that. she is a lying, egotistical, hypocritical bitch. and revolting, disgusting and hideous. soulless, and evil.

I didn't get a good look at her grandma yesterday, but I know her mom, aunt, Donovan, etc have been wearing purple DV ribbons for the past couple months. Are you sure it wasn't purple?

The Arizona Wrongful Death Statute allows a wrongful death action to be brought by the surviving husband or wife, or by the personal representative of the decedent's estate. If the decedent is a child, the action may be brought by either parent. The person bringing the action is called the plaintiff, but the action is pursued for the benefit of the beneficiaries. The beneficiaries on whose behalf the action is pursued are the surviving spouse, the children, and the parents of the decedent, or if none of these survive, the decedent's estate.
I would assume that Travis' siblings are in charge of Travis' estate since their lawyer is filing the suit.

You have got to be kidding me! The President of the United States should step in....suuuurrrrre. Holy crap. They're more cray cray than I thought, and I didn't think that was possible.

They need to be in straight jackets, me thinks.

So once we get to the penalty phase, its safe to assume that NO ONE will be taking the stand to beg for JA's life.....because she runs the show and according to her she wants to die..so then she won't allow anyone to beg for her life...am I correct?

I do the same thing. I don't know why. Maybe it's because they say things that make no sense. I can't understand the depth of their denial, their belief of conspiracies, how they can hear something totally against their own beliefs, and just pretend they didn't hear it. Also, how can they say there's no evidence and she did nothing wrong with stabbing someone 27+ times, slit someone from ear to ear (which they often say someone came in while she was in her "fog" and did that part), and shoot someone in the face. It amazing to me how they justify what she did, and even somehow convince themselves that it wasn't even her that did it. It was the mormon mafia, it was the roommates, it really was the ninja's, and on and on.
So I guess I go there because they're so funny. They make me laugh and put a smile on my face, every single day.
    I love those guys.
    :o)

Here's a bitchy one about Katie to brighten your day. As I said earlier, she is well-groomed and not at all 'orange.' The orange effect must come from make-up applied just before she goes on camera--or the quality of the transmission. What got me is that she stands around all day in heels about three inches high. She doesn't wear them well and walks bent-kneed.

    Here's some "quotes" to consider.

"I did everything Fred Astaire did in all those dance sequences. The difference was that I did it all backwards in high heels." --- Ginger Rogers

"God put Tina Turner on earth to show women how to walk in high-heels." ---John Denver.

Katie ain't no Ginger Rogers nor Tina Turner.

Let's hear it for our beautiful, gracious, talented women!

"Of all the emotions, the most dangerous emotion is love." P.D James
"Do you not realize, my son, with how little wisdom this world is run?" Baron von Oxenstiema"

    Good Morning Everyone

What a day yesterday was. Justice finally.

I assume Nurmi will be filing a motion first this this morning to preclude that devastating interview last night. Juan can show the tape to the jury and then go home.

The convicted murderess absolutely deserves the DP. Her message or what she wanted to say to the Alexanders was so low. No remorse, even fake remorse. Guess she can't fake remorse if she doesn't have it in her to feel such an emotion. Guess she's still "ashamed" of what she did, not sorry for what she did. Please, please, please give her the needle.

On another note, I felt sorry for Grandma in court. Then I see that she didn't need her wheelchair when they all went to visit the murderess yesterday. What's that all about? What's wrong with that family? Never expected Grandma to stoop so low.

The Alexanders and all Travis' friends can now have peace of mind that she is being held accountable for her actions. We need to continue to pray for them as this is a very long journey. They'll never see Travis again. Ever. I have thought about my father every day since he died years ago.

Hope this next phase of the trial is short and as just as the verdict. DP, nothing less.
