I suppose it could still happen... if she was to "come clean" that would be the ultimate mitigator (tell all, where's the gun and all the discarded evidence? how EXACTLY did you kill him? etc)... I highly doubt it will happen.

Opening statements, testimony, closings...though "they" say it should be realtively brief. Some pundits are saying they doubt the defense will put on any witnesses at all. Dr. Horn is supposed to testify for the prosecution....vindication!!!So the next part of this.... when they go in tomorrow, is it just like a hearing or is it presenting more evidence, witnesses, and so forth? Is the sentencing at the same time as the aggravating factors (or what ever it called) or is it going to be another time?
How long does it take (usually) to come to a decision on what the penalty is going to be?
