The look she gives the jury at one point, her "It's not my fault" look. She blames the jury for the M1 verdict instead of her own actions.

If she had any guts, she should ask for the execution immediately. I'd like to see one of these people stand up in the penalty phase, receive DP and ask for immediate execution. Haven't seen that ever. Closest was Gary Gilmore back in the late 70's when he told the ACLU to butt out of his business as they tried to stop his execution.

Well, JM can always play the tape where she said if she did kill Travis, she deserves death. And, after all of them agreed it was premeditated, she might just get her wish. The sad thing is there is an automatic appeal. That will take years to weave through the system. Maybe one day, we will all see her get death. Then, she can think about how wrong she was to take an innocent life.

Just an observation but I noticed that while the verdict was being read, that is the first time Jodi has faced the jury while trying to cry. She looked at each one as their number was called out. Probably trying to buy stock in them remembering it during the next couple phases of the trial. I agree with Biggie, you can't fake the chin quivering even if you try. I'm sure if one of those jurors was on the fence and had to be convinced, it would hamper the DP sentence. IMO I don't think she gets the DP. I said my prediction was M1 and I'm happy with that. She will never see the population again and that is good enough for me. Though I feel she deserves DP, I just don't see it happening.
