Yes, now that I think about it..why the hell count days????? In fact, the first day was like an hour and they probably choose the foreman. I hate all this speculation. It makes me have anxiety attacks and I can only think that Travis' family and friend are going through.

Agreed, the media is reading way too much into the expressions and behaviors of the jurors.

Keep the faith peeps, the longer the jury deliberates, it is a sign that they are weighing ALL the evidence. In the CA trial, I don't think the jurors really considered all the evidence, they had their minds made up when they went in there and probably were already considering child neglect then dismissed that due to lack of hard evidence.

Guys I think the jurors are going to come back with M1. If not they are a bunch of dumbasses. But take in account all the evidence that has been put before them. Also the fact that their decision will be the basis on whether someone lives or dies. Some people are going to want to go over everything again and again not overlooking anything. It's hell waiting but I wouldn't want it on my conscience that I sent someone to deathrow and missed something that might have saved them. To be fair, Denn's not the only one who said it. Had they done so, it would've put an end to a lot of speculation & shown the TV demo's up as the shite they are.
