Quit trying to 'guilt us' into clubbing together to bid for the paper serviette Donovan wipes her barbecue smears on for you. On EBay, that could reach the high cent mark. She will be dining without her mistress tonight. And every night.

I think it's a great idea.....I have found that, by knowing a little bit about each other, and having a visual image, makes it so much easier to make for good dialogue. The person we are talking to is a real human being! Otherwise, a bulletin board can lead to so many people being misjudged. I will locate a photo and put one up on my profile and on that thread, sometime today!

You mean a strawberry frappuccino. Jodi hasn't had one in almost 5 years.

(And I predict she will never have one again.... ever)

This is an excellent classic film about a jury deliberating a murder case.

No way, Jillee, was that really you? Thanks for posting the link, the kind MDS member whom first provided it. I listened to the last part when having breakfast and the woman at the end made me cry. My husband walked in to the kitchen and wondered what was wrong. The emotion of it caught me by surprise. Travis Alexander's family and friends will find justice soon, I hope. To lose a loved one in such circumstances is too horrible to ever contemplate. To be the family that has to deal with this must be woundingly tragic.

Howdy Dammit!!!!! I'm off work today and the hubs is on a fishing trip so no griping about the trial on TV. Last night I fell asleep with the TV on HLN. About 2am the battery in the smoke alarm started to die and beep slowly freaking out the dog. I got up and fixed it but had trouble going back to sleep. NG on and bitchin about the 2 days the jury deliberated and what was wrong with them. She's one stupid witch. I'm sure my high blood pressure issues today I owe to her. Anyway I have faith in this jury. Those 22 pages of instructions made my head spin when the judge read them. Having rambled on because I'm sleep deprived........Dang I really want a verdict M1 and.....a stun-belt demonstration...Anyone else?????

So, anyone figure out who the caller was? Obviously from MDS since she told my story about meeting Jodi at the new members event for church ? a story which I have written only on this forum. Caught me off guard and then I went, ?Hey, that?s me!? I?d love to know who it was. She did a really great job, made some great points, and showed very sincere emotion, consideration and love for him and his family. Well done!
Where can I listen to that?

That seems so strange to me. He is supposed to be presenting her as this poor abused battered woman that had to go through so much being with Travis. I would think trying to get sympathy for her would have been the way to go.

I know. I've heard attorneys say "You don't have to like my client." But, not " I don't even like her 9 out of 10 days". This to me too, wouldn't be what you would say to a client that has been so abused all her life and has so little self confidence, as the Defense is trying to make you beieve.
