They might need cops when she's found guilty and you and the JAII people riot the courthouse.
Actually their job would be done if they find her guilty of anything but M1 / Felony murder and they could talk to the media because they would be discharged.Only if the verdict is Not guilty and the trial would be over. So its a GOOD thing that they're dressed down. LOL
I'm starting to think the atty's showed up because the jurors requested testimony read back or something. The court reporter was there too. Though JW and mit. specialist left already

Hodi would most definitely have to go into hiding like CA if they cut her loose. But seriously doubt if that's going to happen in this case. So Donavan and her cold sore will have to enjoy bbq all by themselves.

I'm going to say we will have a verdict Thursday afternoon. Something is telling me it won't be anytime soon.
One of the AZ attys hln has regularly said they stay on for the penalty phase. Has that changed since last night? Donavan the social butterfly definitely has an eloquent command of the English language. Henry Higgins could learn a few things from the daughter of Jabba.
She' always reminded me of a middle-aged hooker. Like the scene in the movie 'Fargo', where the creepy guy is having dinner with a hooker and they're making awkward conversation. She looked especially hookeresque the day she wore the bright blue eyeshadow, or the bright red ruffled Flamenco dress, or...well, you get the idea.
Not sure if its true or not but I heard the big to-do at the courthouse this moring was because everybody heard Ian and faq were there ;)))

God, I love this thread and MDS! All of us are particularly on edge anticipating the verdict, but I would like to point out that we are watching a courthouse. Lots of attorneys and mitigation specialists are there every day. This is where attorneys do a big part of their job, so maybe they are just there working on another case.
I also wanted to welcome all new members - don't be afraid to jump in and start talking.
Jury only decides IF they find her guilty of M1 / Felony murder. So yes, if that is their verdict they stay on and immediately follows the aggravator stage, jury decides on that. Then the mitigation stage follows, then again jury deliberates and decides on DP or Life.
But, if a lessor verdict, i.e. manslaughter, then jury is dismissed and Judge sets the sentence.
