A few functionaries, a few middle-aged guys who I'd seen up on the fifth floor accompanying the jury members to the elevators, came out of the building. They glanced over at the group of people standing around observing the HLN interviewers and one of them uttered, "Looks like the circus has come to town." I don't think I was excluded from his observation.

I think I might be a little bitchy if a freakshow tent city was under construction outside MY office. You have crossed the line into the Katie Wick zone, Ian. Better work on that tan.

Let's not get our hopes though. Increased police presence could just be due to fact that HLN is whipping up a hysteria.

I'm outside the courtroom on the 5th floor. Jurors resume in 20 minutes. Juror #9 just went into the jury room. The County Attorney's victims' advocate was here--she just left. Martinez showed up and left. The defense's mitigation specialist arrived at the courthouse a short time ago though I don't see her on the 5th floor. Others upnhere also saw Willmott but I didn't see her. #jodiarias


People keep asking Beth what the jurors are wearing. But she's not telling LOL.

WAT said most were dressed down. I'm not sure if it matters or not. ?

The seals were up, yesterday, too. And they went off when the jury went home. But I am getting a feeling, here. Just the fact that most of the major players have been spotted, Juan with a smile, and also the police presence......from watching numerous trials, this is often when a verdict is close. I predicted it would come today...I hope I'm right!
