Sneakers! The interview was with Phoenix Channel 3--Phoenix Family? They were cruising the front steps of the courthouse asking everybody for an interview. They would have asked the phone book if it was standing there. I don't know if they will play it. I kinda dissembled and wondered why I did it afterwards.

I think Jodi would be high up the pecking order in prison. Murderers would be the most feared, and considering she committed her own crime fueled by a whole lot of crazy, plus up close and person with a knife, inflicting devastating injuries (instead of impersonally and dispassionately with a gun), I think that would give her a lot of "cred" as a prisoner with some status.

There is a world of difference between the jail where she is housed now, and the prison she'll be transferred to. Hard core convicts will surround the little princess, and she will need to "earn" her way up the pecking order, if she wishes to survive. I don't think she will be considered very badass, at all. Because she isn't. Not in the world they exist in. She will just be new meat, joining their ranks. And depending on who's "bitch" she becomes, will determine if she gets extra pudding and has someone watching her back for the shanks that will be flying at her. They are going to be lining up to take her down a notch or two. The most famous offenders are often housed in solitary, for their own protection. The world does not like Jodi, and I have a feeling that is going to carry over into her new "life" as well.

When I was reading appeals the other day, there was an Arizona murder case .. an inmate murdered an inmate.

I thought of JA going to prison among some truly abused women that just might be really pissed off at her and have little to lose themselves.

It is the judge's job to preside over the trial, impartially, and insure that things are done fairly, and the jury's job to decide Jodi's fate.
