Stabby's note to Jenny "I fucked up, I kept the receipts. Object ASAP so I can get back on the stand and and fix this"
I apologize for making a blanket statement regarding all Mormon people. Just like in any religion, there are good and there are bad. I have been employed by some very kind Mormons who would never act in that way. From my understanding, is that rules of the church change as new revelations by the elders are made. From the very beginning, the church was very different then it is now. While the majority of the people follow the 'norms', there are many groups of Mormons that still practice plural marriage, and the marriage of children. Warren Jeffs would be an example. But that's not what I was trying to imply with Travis. What I meant was that it is virtuous for a woman and man to be pure prior to marriage. I'd imagine Travis wanted very much to have this virtue, but fell short prior to meeting Jodi. So Jodi brought out the the twists and turns of sexual relations that MOST men go through, and went to an extreme. Once he had the sexual experiences that are likely any man's dream with Jodi, he still had that Mormon desire for purity. He couldn't think of Jodi like that, because she was the opposite. So he disses Jodi and starts looking for a pure Mormon girl to marry. By then, after he had all the nasty, kinky, dirty sex he could with Jodi, I would guess, he was again turned on to a woman of virtue, the kind he was taught would be a good woman and a good wife. So again, I should have explained that better because it came out ALL wrong. I know that Mormons try very hard to live up to the values of the Church, and I was in no way trying to offend you, or the "True" Mormon Church.
:o)
C'mon Juan... give em JAs words "it was always consentual"

nurmo fuckd up - you know now the first thing the jury will ask is to have all the testimony about the walmart return as soon as they get to the jury room - and that will show that jodi and nurmi are both liars - smh
lorizfree - thank you for clarifying. I can't rep you right now but i'll get ya later.

Dear Diary
I love Juan Martinez sooo completely...
poppym
JW is really focused on the jury... one who sits towards the left side (if facing jury) nearest the gallery
I am incredibly happy that Juan mentioned the secret message in the magazine & is clarifying all of the defenses' made up theories/scenarios.
ღღ
yes jury can have any transcript that has not been stricken because of an objection be read back to them during deliberation, and you know they will ask for that asap! - i bet nurmi is has to be following jodi's orders claiming she never said that on the stand - he isn't that dumb
Juan is watering down his excellence of yesterday.Nurmi didn't help himself.Take the high road Juan
Stabbys demeanor really says it all. In court when its about HER side and HER defense, she is sort of attentive. She can't even PRETEND to be attentive to the State.
that speaks loudly to her character and her BPD <----yes, I believe I actually understand this now. I see it.
I've already tried to explain my actual position, which did not come out right at all. Please remember, I'm 100% on Travis's side here. I was attempting to understand why he would have mentioned a 12 year old girl in that tape. It came out as an accusation to the entire Mormon Religion. I've ONLY MET GOOD MORMONS. EVER. But after getting out all of Travis's sexual fantasies and when it came the time for him to find a girl to marry, I can understand why he would want a virgin of virtue. And being with a virgin was probably a pretty hot idea to him at that point. As for being the "Thought Police", I was married for 14 years, and did some pretty out there shit, so no. I am no judge of kinky, fun, different sex...just so you know. I do apologize again for putting my thoughts in an inappropriate way.![]()
:o)
Juan is a little jerky and off his usually smooth pace starting this out. Nurmi was so fucked up, JM doesn't know where the hell to start lol

Dear Jodi... it's too late to pass notes to Jenny... after this you're toast.
Jodi passes a note to Wilmott - "I'm gonna die aren't I."
Her face is getting redder and redder the more Juan destroys her defense. Reality is sinking in and it ain't pretty
