It is fair game but futile. Your cheer leading for the Defense doesn't sit with your assertions that Arias is guilty. Your selectively deafness makes no sense. Hopefully, the jurors will apply balance and an examination of testimony in this too.Originally Posted by coconut

That was my point a long time ago. Her lunging story could have been proven false with a ballistics expert. I have seen them, for example, prove how and what position the shooter when the victim was shot. I think that he had to be on the floor to get that angle. On the floor with his face to the side. She shot him from a little behind the head.
Funny, she was smart enough to realize she had to do a lunge in her testimony because someone might figure that out. Why I was so disappointed a ballistics expert was not called. A true story would have been told.

He probably got this idea from the blonde defense attorney on HLN. Who, by the way, is now changing her side after JM closing yesterday. Up to then, she had been pro-defense and I could not stand to watch her.
It's kind of hard to give an credit to someone who scored so high in most of the psychological indicators, and was obviously having a 'psychotic break' from reality, to even do the things she did. A don't think a high IQ is an indication of mental stability. In fact, many of the most intelligent people in the world are considered extremely mentally ill. It's history..look it up.
