Nurmi's opening use of the word tale was not a great word choice in my opinion but I don't expect Nurmi to be a wordsmith.Arias has told many many tales to the jury. Another tale of sex, lies and dirty little secrets might be one too many.

I still plan on turning this down. But, I have to say that Nurmi's desperation is showing, right out of the gate. He's shown that he's looking for 1. That's the best they can hope for; with his going on and on about that 1 perhaps going up against the rest who have a different opinion. Yep, we know that all he can hope for is 1 person who can hang the jury.
