I agree completely. She needs to be on death row in isolation with no privileges, and no interactions with others. Eating every meal alone. Spending all her time alone. Alone with only herself. She is so empty, so blank, so inhuman, that with nobody to attach to, or mirror, or steal an identity from, she will be lost. All alone with the nothingness that is Jodi. There could be no harsher or more fitting punishment.
So for me, if she is on death row, I don't care if she drags her appeals out for 40 years, so long as during those 40 years she is in solitary confinement on death row.
I just had to repost the picture because I think it is the truest, most revealing picture of Jodi. When I think of her, this is what I see. It haunts me.

Yes....and I noticed that no one was looking back at her. They were all involved in gathering up their things, chatting with each other. Disco Donna and JW finally went to talk with her, and the 3 of them huddled. Jodi looks as broken as I have ever seen her look (and she wasn't doing it for benefit of the jury......they were already gone.)....and it made me feel GOOD. To see her sitting, isolated, out of the circuit. I hope she remembers, every single day of her miserable existence, that she will never be free to enjoy the things she took for granted her whole damn life. Shame on her to even entertain the thought that she is entitled to ANYTHING beyond being led to the guillotine. She made a choice to deprive Travis of life....now, the choice should be made to take hers.
When Juan began describing Jodi as lying and then often adding details to the lie in order to make herself look like the controlled, kind and calm person in the story, I was really hoping that he would further corroborate his point with the example of her having told the jury that one of the main reasons she didn't tell the truth about the killing was because she didn't want to harm Travis' reputation, to "de-edify"(sic) him. Yet another lie which protected her, but in the process involved her being noble.

The Prosecutor did an amazing job today. He really brought it home! And I imagine even better rebuttal closing after the defense has their turn tomorrow. Like others I too wonder how the judge will handle the timing tomorrow. I know they're supposed to start at 9:00. I wonder if they'll go until they're done like they did last night, so that the jury is given the case first thing Monday morning.

I LOVED it!! No matter what the jury buys, she did NOT belong in his house. If she brought the gun, it was premeditation. If she took HIS gun, and continued to kill him, it was a felony murder. He could not have done a better job. Even when it came to witness testimony, he got in a great zinger. He talked about the lies that ALV and Doc Dick told, on the stand. Then he pointed out "it's one thing to make an error on a report, but to sit in front of you and LIE....unforgivable." A nice nod to the quality of the state witnesses!
During his closing when Juan Martinez brought up her pedophilia accusations and stated how hateful and horrific the accusation was Stabby was trying to keep herself from SMILING. She actually had to bite her lip.
She was actually taking joy in the accusation.
There is nothing remotely redeeming about her as a human being. Nothing!
After seeing and hearing Juan Martinez brilliant narrative, I couldn't bear to watch the Nurmi/Wilmott closing. It'll be pigeon droppings on a masterpiece. I don't want to be witness to the defilement.

Don't forget, ladies and gents, when you're on Death Row, you usually don't get the needle for many, many years. That's the upside. No interaction with any inmates, pure isolation for many years, before the needle. Suffer Jodi!
