I disagree, as a ex-skateboarder gang member. License plates are usually big, fatty slotheaded screws, while there is nothing of the sort on any skateboard worth its weight in 3-hole-wonder sauce.

Falling down is a part of skateboarding as toilet paper wipes are a part of pooping, and falling down with tools, especially a huge screwdriver in your pocket to skewer your buttocks when you miss that flippy-trick won't keep you riding skateboards for very long. Even those multi-tools made for skateboards aren't carried around while out and about. They just don't need to.

This is his chance to make his point, sum it up before it goes to the jury. Of course, he is going to bring up all of the little lies.....because they are what back up the fact that she CAN'T be believed. That is what the jury needs to know, as they sift through the testimony.....that Jodi lies, easily, and she lies often, and even the oath taken in a courtroom won't sway her toward telling the truth. I think that is some powerful evidence.

As a past skateboarder and having a hubby that was a skateboarder, I would say it is very common to have your tools with you if you have your board with you. I would not recommend carrying them in your pocket, but keeping it in your backpack is not going to hurt. Understandable the screws are different on the plate but depending on how much they skate and where they do it, Different tools are needed. For example, some of the benches around here have dividers screwed in between the seats, you would need a larger screwdriver to undo those dividers if you plan to use it. I dont agree with the story JA told. I dont think the skaters messed with her vehicle at all, but I dont think harping on the supposed tools is going to get them very far. Jmo
