Before shit gets really crunk today and tomorrow....I just wanted to say it's been nice knowing, liking, disliking, debating, joking and commisserating with you all on My Death Space for the entirety of this trial. It has been a great experience for me... Maybe we'll see each other again on a different thread!

As Ive only been here for about a month, I cant say I have the same experience as far as talking to you guys for as long as the trial has gone on. But I do want to say the brief time I have been here has been wonderful. I love reading so many different opinions (sometimes completely different from what I think but hey thats what keeps things interesting!) and everyone I have "talked" to has been super helpful, insightful and kind. Thank you for the experience!

While I know she is there because she loves her child and wants to support her. I am disgusted by the fact she tried to sell those forged letters to the National Enquirer.

I should have clarified that. Yeah, that was really fucked up of her (among other things she's done). And HER pain is NOTHING compared to the pain her daughter inflicted on Travis's family and loved ones. She'll get to see her daughter in prison, because she's alive. That's something Travis's family will never have a chance to do again. But, I can't imagine the horror of creating such a monster. Same with Casey Anthony. Their parents stuck by her through all of the accusations and everything else. I see both sets of parents having to come up with a coping mechanism(denial), just to be able to take in what THEY did, by bringing these monsters into the world. I don't know what I would do. But I can imagine it must torment them day and night. Sad situation all around. Jodi needs to pay, and I hope she gets the death penalty. Of course that would be hard for her parents, but unfortunately, they DID bring this monster into the world.

I have a hard time remaining objective sometimes, but is it me or are the state's witnesses infinitely more articulate? Regardless of whether I agreed with aspects of DeMarte/Horne/Hall's testimony, I thought they were very interesting and easy to understand.

Dr. Hall reminds me of Angela Kinsey from The Office.

I read about the prison where Jodi will be incarcerated. It said death row inmates are allowed 2 appliances each. I could not find an explanation of what was meant by "appliances". Perhaps Jodi can get a supersonic dildo as one of her two appliances?
