I can't quote right now but I want to address the (incredibly hot) Dr Horn's typo! Did you notice he just said "yeah", "error", "missed that"! He didn't flinch, say er or um, tell Willmott she needed a time-out, stare at the ceiling, say 'I'm not understanding your question Ms Willmott?' Plus he's really WOOF! The End!
You're right, it's not a big deal. I make typos on death row cases all the time. The report says whatever Martinez wants it to say. If the words are wrong, I "mistyped" them.

That was on my mind too.... thinking how JW specifically asked Doc Horne (I think it was her last question) that his report is accurate. I think the defense found this error/typo & wanted to use it themselves. But this jury is paying attention & asked about the dura mater thus having Dr. Horne check & realize, yes, it was a typo, left out. And I think this was going to be a "huge" part of the defense's closing or gotcha on the follow-up questions (after the jury questions)

Hey LM.... Palin seems to be a lot more scattered than usual today and all the objections are really bad news.
I think she pointed out the typo because she just doesn't have anything else.... It speaks volumes that there was no Defense ME.... They had almost 5 years! Now it is just looking more desperate and sad!
Horn put in his report the dera was intact. Then when questioned had to change that.

Nooo, actually 'someone' was pointing out that the ME does not see live patients. An ME who 'sees' only dead bodies is not qualified to speculate about what a live person's brain function may or may not be. HE SEES DEAD PEOPLE. ONLY. 100% of his patients are DEAD.
