Don't drink the Kool-aid. NONE of her stories have been possible. Someone shot in the head is fighting for their life not stating that they're going to "Fucking kill you, bitch" and chasing someone around to wrestle with them. Even Ron Jeremy would agree.

100% right. His work is brain function. He is qualified to judge the impact of an injury on brain function. He has patients with brain injuries.

Do you know what I find most disturbing of all? Jodi has the most vile and ugly expressions on her face when reacting to testimony she disagrees with, or when she is discontent about anything. I shudder to think what her face looked like as she was attacking and killing Travis. I will bet is was nothing short of Travis staring into the face of Satan, himself. I wish the price she had to pay for her crime was receiving the exact damage that she saw fit to reap upon him. Lob her ugly head right off.

He did a good job presenting and was emotionless.

I'm taking off points for his burping his lunch, spilling his court water twice, and tossing out a sh!t.

I'm a little disappointed that the lawyering obstructed at times a more instructional delivery,

But he did a credible job with juror questions, and handled Juan's recross well. Answered honestly.

oh I agree with this! Although I would dock points also for only basing his opinion on the utter crapola the defense fed him. This defense threw this poor guy to the wolves, he had no chance. He beat around the bush a little too much IMO.

I've had daymares about the look on her face as she viciously stabbed Travis. And now, since Chris and Skye's interviews on Dr Drew, it's even worse...

Hey, if I go to jail will I get a supersonic dildo too??? Hey, maybe we can send a request over to JAII, for them to buy her one with all the money they give her. What more could a girl in prison want?

Seriously, I think Palin is going to blow....

I have to say, this is a very entertaining thread this evening! Between burps, sippy cups, accusations of lying, and Coconut's BOOM moments.... Damn! The only thing that would be better is actually hearing NG say "bombshell tonight, Jodi Arias was zapped in court when she tried to get up to get a real pencil.... "

You mean her lying lie hole story, right? You do know she's a liar and has lied to the jury over and over again?

Honestly, if he was on the prosecution's side I'd love him! The kind of guy you'd want to have a drink with and ask what he REALLY thinks about Jodi, and if her mammary-massaging changed his opinion about her being a controller rather than a follower....

If I had not been aware of this crime years ago, I would swear this was some wanna-be, fake reality show! How can this be a real court of law with all of the insanity, personalities and craziness that has been allowed to go on and on???

The take home point is that he is probably the most financially objective expert witness we have seen so far. Special Cupcake Farts Demarte got paid more than he did.
Demarte got paid for 2? days. How much did the defense spend on the weeks of Dr. Dick and Alice?? Not even close. It took the defense 3 dr's to shoot down 1 VERY effective prosecution Dr. They are flailing around trying to debunk her testimony in the jury's mind.

Apples and oranges, she did more work and interviewed Stabby not just read a couple magazines.

I agree. He is likeable and not argumentative, like Samuels and LaViolette were. Slightly bumbling, but that made him more likeable IMHO. I don't know how credible he is, but he's better than Samuels and LaViolette combined.

Counsel is headed back into chambers. Dr. G has left the building. #JodiArias sits at her desk not crafting.

No way in hell. He is not qualified. He does not have the experience of a medical examiner or a forensic neurologist or trauma medicine or neurosurgery. What does he base his expertise on? Reading a couple of studies and 3 patients (one who has a nail to the brain injury?!)

Dr Hayes get's to testify if JM chooses so. State gets the last word. They have burden of proof. Judge said they're going until at least 8pm.

He also said he doesn't much if any diagnoses these days. He's what the appellate court called him...a hired gun.
