I think Dr. Geffner just shot Dr. Samuels in the foot. Samuels specifically mentioned how he did not re-test Jodi after finding out she was lying prior to the test. By Geffner's testimony, Samuels should have re-tested.

Doc Dick shot himself in the foot long ago, this Doc just confirmed it. PLUS Doc Dick said it at least twice that perhaps he should have re-tested (re-administered) Arias

If the image above that WT kindly located for us (&WT I would like to congratulate you on your incredible SPEED, I would've bumbled around much longer I suspect) is the "SD card" blink has been referring to, well I can see why she'd mistake it for an SD - it looks exactly like all of our SD's. BUT it clearly says MemoryStickDuo???

So I hearby amend my previous SD Card posts, because this entire discussion becomes WHACKED if there is no, & NEVER WAS, an SD card.

Dr Demarte DID NOT say she didn't know about the scales. Not her testimony at all. They are lying to the jury and the jury knows it.

Geffner did not hear her testimony but the jury did. I hope they hold a grudge!

If I remember correctly, DeMarte knew about the additional scales but she chose not to interpret them. That means that the defense lied to this witness by saying she didn't knew about them.

EXACTLY! And I doubt the jury will be impressed with defense attorneys who intentionally LIE to an expert witness. Spinning things to your sides best advantage is one thing, and is within the rules of the game. Telling flat out lies is not.

I hope the jury noticed and remembers...
