Perhaps it's because he thinks all this is a waste of time. IMO, he said nothing to add to this trial. JM may be feeling that, too, and it sounds like it's directed at the witness.

Juan has shown the SAME attitude with EVERY witness, even his own. He has passion, and when a witness fibs or fudges the wording, he gets fiery. I love it! but I can also see how it would be a turn off at the same time. I just find it exciting. I am on my toes the entire time he is speaking!

JM was supposed to be on Friday. That's how it goes. Defence was supposed to have closing arguments first. JM was supposed to get the last word. That's messed up
After the Judge gives the jury instructions them JM will give his closing argument. Then the defense goes next. Then JM gives a rebuttal to the defense's closing.
He does get the last word because the State has the burden of proof.
I believe he will though. He goes first for closing arguments, then Defense. Then Juan gets the final word.
(this is what I have been led to believe. Anyone know otherwise?)
