Sounds to me now like Horny fudged his findings about the damage to the brain... little Jenny Wilmott cracked the case with an autopsy report and a multiple choice psych test. If the brain lining was intact then the brain wasn't damage. Just like an eggshell. If it ain't cracked, you can't get to the egg.

The changing stories of the prosecution, Flores, and the ME don't look so hot now, do they? I am very suspicious about the conclusions they reached. The truth has become so muddled at this point.

Okay, I am not disagreeing with you. However, you would really take the word of a guy who did NOT examine Travis, did not talk to the ME, who is also NOT an ME, has no Medical Doctorate over ME who DID the actual autopsy? please say why this guy is believable without that kind of experience. he knows how the brain works, but can't say with any more definitiveness that Dr Horne what happened.
